They addressed our emergency dental needs immediately, and we went from panic to calm because of their service. This is my family's new dental home and I've already made a referral. This is literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental practice. Dr. Spalito and his staff are kind, compassionate, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had a root canal done on one of my front teeth. I was super nervous, and the entire office was just incredible. Dr. Spalito did great work and I can’t stress enough how much at ease he and his staff put me. I highly recommend this practice.

I had dental planing and scaling performed by two different hygienists. One was excellent. The other was good. They had different approaches to the process. Both got excellent results which I am grateful for. I would recommend they use the same approach for a consistent experience by the patient. The clinic, overall, is very patient centered and caring. The work they do is excellent overall.

I have been going to Dr. Pete for a few years now. He and his entire staff are very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Pete takes the time to explain every procedure and recommendations that are very thorough. He uses current technology and procedures, which help make the entire experience top notch. Two days ago, Dr. Pete and his staff installed my second crown. Not only was there minimal discomfort, both during and after the procedure, I am already able to eat normally, as if nothing ever happened. No one likes going to the dentist, but I can tell you from experience that Dr.Spalitto and his staff are amazing!!! Kind, gentle, and caring folks. I am always pain free when I leave and they make u feel like family while your there. I'll never have a complaint or a cross word to say about west county dental...my opinion is they are the best and I refuse to go anywhere eles.

I recently moved to STL but waited until a dental emergency to find a dentist. Googled Emergency Dentist in my area. Was in agony- Dr Pete called me that night and they took me next morning.
