Very low stress, clear and definite about treatment options without pressuring me toward any one option.
Worked well with my fear and never did anything without fair warning leaving me much closer to being relaxed. Dr’s use of nitrous and local anesthesia was very sure and professional. He kept me relaxed but still aware.
The actual procedure was done smoothly without undue trauma.
Follow up was extremely good and personal. He knew I was anxious and made sure to follow up later in the day to make sure I was ok and didn’t have further questions.
All of this during the COVID-19 epidemic. I felt safe going into his office and he took every available precaution. Didn’t really notice the waiting room, but the parking lot was nice as I waited in my car to be escorted into the office without contact with other patients.
