Dr. Spalitto and his staff are amazing. They were very concerned about every detail of my visit and went out of their way to make sure I was pain free and happy :) I was super pleased with how thorough he was and very impressed by their advanced technology. If you want the best he is the Dentist for you! 6-15-2021 update. I recently worked with Heather and she is the best of the best. She was able to get me numb and was more caring and compassionate than hygienist I have ever worked with and I have been getting my teeth cleaned for awhile!

I had to have a gum biopsy recently. I was anxious when I arrived, but everyone- from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Spalitto, intentionally did everything they could to put me at ease. They answered my questions, gave me headphones and netflix to distract me, and even a blanket so I wouldn’t be cold! The procedure was quick and easy. I had no pain and have had no issues recovering. Dr. Spalitto followed up with me to make sure I was doing ok. I am so glad I found West County Dental!

I have always had terrible anxiety visiting dentists, but every single person at West County Dental makes me feel comfortable, cared for, and not judged or lectured for my dental issues. I have never had any problems with cleanings, major dental work, and even TMJ issues. Dr. Spalitto is fantastic at what he does and enthusiastic about helping his patients in every way he can. I truly feel like I’m a part of the family.

Dr Spalitto is great. Lack of trust is a big part of anxiety with me when it comes to dental work, on this visit I felt so comfortable that I needed no gas to relax me. From Debbie at the front desk (who is also awesome to work with) to Brittany, who helped with my procedure, West County Dental is fantastic all around. Lisa, my hygienist is also wonderful! She made me feel at ease through the entire visit. I would recommend this team to anyone!

My first impressions of this office is that they do not care to receive new patients. In most cases when you set up an appointment they will take some information and wait till you are in the office before billing you or your insurance. In this case this group set me up with an appointment for weeks down the road but as soon as I get off the phone with them they charge my card for full appointment price without seeing me. I am new to this town but in other places I have worked with this was never done. The billing was taken care of at the office not before they even seen the patient. I have cancelled my appointment and will take my money to a more honest dental practice.

Dr. Pete and his staff are great. The concern for their patients and time to get to know you personally is very refreshing. Each visit to the office has been comfortable and the staff makes you feel very welcome.

We love Dr. Pete and his office staff. They takes very good care of us. He is also very compassionate towards your needs. My daughter has a lot of anxiety and he helped her get through her wisdom teeth extraction which was very traumatic to her. We highly recommend them!!

My family and I have been patients at West County Dental for over 20 years. Dr Spallito and his entire staff are outstanding. We’ve always felt welcomed and well served. The office is clean, well lit and comfortable. There’s plenty of parking. Appointments are always scheduled so that no time is wasted waiting to be seen. I love that the treatment rooms are situated with a view of the wooded area behind the office; it’s so relaxing to look at, along with the headphones for my choice of music. They really make going to the dentist a soothing experience. I highly recommend West County Dental.

I am beyond impressed and grateful for West County Dental. Their customer service, professionalism, and efficiency is exceptional. My mother had a dental emergency after hours. I called West County Dental, and they give Dr. Spalitto’s cell phone number if you need to reach someone. He answered, and let me know who to contact for further assistance, despite him being at his son’s practice! His office reached out to my mom the same night (this is around 7pm). Just as they said they would, my mom was contacted at 7am on the dot for scheduling the next day. By noon, my mom was all fixed up! My mother was so happy with the service she received. She went on and on about how kind everyone was at the office. The entire experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend West Count Dental enough. Thanks again to Dr. Spalitto and his team!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had so far. I’ve had one visit in a long line of catching up on a decade of no dentist visits, and was very nervous about starting up again. Not only was my experience personal, friendly, and comfortable but I was also very appreciative of the staff customizing my treatment and not trying to upswell any treatment. I also appreciate that I will be able to receive all of my work, including extractions, at the same office. Would highly recommend Dr. Pete and his staff.
