Dr. Spalitto is amazing and genuinely cares about his patients. The days of going to the dentist to get referred to a specialist are over because he does it ALL! He did an emergency root canal for me and is now my family and friends go to!Highly recommend. I was particularly impressed by the advanced technologies he had in his office. He can do the regular 2D xrays we are all used to, but he takes it to another level when needed with 3D imaging. (Double post: Noticed my first did not reflect under the practice name)

Life saving dental experts at West County dental!!! I could not be happier with the hospitality, and expertise of Dr. Spalitto. I had an emergency late on a Wednesday night he took my call and got me in for immediate attention first thing in morning. I was in severe pain and he got me straightened out. Thank you so much west county dental. THANKS to the dental assistant as well, she was so very kind as well explaining what was going to happen to calm my nerves. I will undoubtedly return for all dental work in the future.

I have had a long history of unpleasant dental experiences, but West County Dental has been an pleasant change. Everyone from the dental hygienists to the administrative assistants to Dr. Spalitto have been more than helpful. They truly care. I have never felt pressured or embarrassed, and they go out of their way to answer your questions and make you comfortable. My daughter is also a patient and they have made her orthodontia experience as comfortable as possible. They treat you like people first, patients seconds. Wonderful people and wonderful professionals.

After Years of neglect I was embarrassed to smile, , thank goodness I was referred to West county Dental. They have all the newest Dental equipment ,all state of the art, all in house, I had a hard time finding any one in the Denver area with equipment and expertise even close to what Dr Pete’ has ,
so worth the flight to come get fixed up knowing I was in good hands,

Dr Spalito and his team are incredible. I came in with an infected tooth and 9 months pregnant during the COVID Pandemic. I was in HORRIBLE pain and they squeezed me in last minute and Dr Spalito even prescribed me some stronger Tylenol to get me through the pain for the night before my appointment. Brittany is very sweet as well. They go the extra mile to have amazing bedside manners. I was thoroughly impressed. Dr Spalito pulled my tooth within 10 minutes of working on it. I cant rave enough about them. He has even personally called me to check on me and make sure I am not experiencing more pain than normal. This doctor and staff cares about their patients! We were extremely impressed at the staff at West County Dental. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The hygienist was professional kept me informed throughout the visit. Dr. Spailtto was easy to talk to and had great suggestions for my daughters pain. I plan on transitioning the whole family to this practice,

I have always had the worst anxiety/fear of the dentist until I was referred to Dr.Pete! He is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been to. His #1 thing is to make sure his patients are comfortable and not in any sort of pain. Once he told me this, I was already hooked. I had my wisdom teeth cut out recently and was terrified. But once again Dr. Pete amazed me. I did oral sedation which worked wonders and I was very comfortable the whole time. Today I had to get an unexpected root canal which freaked me out beacause everyone always says it's awful. Well I'm here to tell you that it wasn't bad at all. Another thing I love is that Dr.Pete calls his patients after they get a procedure done to check in on them. Last but not least, his staff is also amazing and very friendly. Brittany is an excellent, very educated dental assistant!

Dr. Pete has been our family dentist for about a decade now. When I learned that my regularly scheduled cleaning happened to fall on the day his office was reopening, I was scared at first. But it turns out I didn’t need to be at all. The entire experience was safe and careful, from the extensive prescreening questions beforehand to the well-spaced appointments (I didn’t see another patient while I was there) to the extra protective gear Lisa my hygienist wore. Dr. Pete always takes good care of his employees and his patients, and this was no exception. I am deeply appreciative of how conscientious and careful Dr. Pete has always been — now more than ever. I would highly recommend West County Dental to anyone.

I've spent years avoiding dentists due to bad experiences and recently developed allergies. I knew I needed an implant along with other dental treatments and after 7 years, I couldn't put it off any longer. I read bios, reviews, and watched videos on every dental implant office in the Illinois and Missouri area. Dr. Pete's office stood out. It was one video in particular of a woman, similar to me with randomly weird allergies, that made me feel confident enough to call and set up the initial appointment. BEST DECISION EVER! Dr. Pete and his team are thorough, perfectionists (which face it, you NEED that when you are getting dental work done), compassionate, and understanding. They listen, take time to talk with you, and alleviate the fears and anxiety around your visit. If you want an outstanding experience, then this is the place you need to go.

Dr. Spalitto has the best analogies to explain what procedure will be used. He is efficient with his time and is a perfectionist. He is the best.
