Who can say they love to go to their dentist? Well, I can! Dr Spalitto and the specialist at West County Dental seriously know how to have fun AND provide the best care. I highly recommend West County Dental to anyone who is looking for comprehensive dental care, genuine patient concern and incredible results! Dr Spalitto came up with a long term care plan based on health needs, cosmetic goals, and of course budget. After years of bouncing around from dentist to dentist and putting my dental health on the back burner, i am committed to my overall health and a big part of that includes and starts with dental health. Ok, now to the fun stuff.. noise cancelling earphones so you don't have to hear any work getting done and you can just zone out to your favorite show on demand or I choose to zone out with tranquil music. I always feel relaxed because the energy in the office is so positive and upbeat.

This place is beyond awesome I had a terrible dental experience as a child that scared me from the dentist I have very bad anxiety to the point I have to take Xanax three hours prior. But West County Dental I promise u made me feel welcome secure not alone and the dentist who I now call Gentle Pete was GREAT!!!!NO MATTER THE COST HE IS WORYH EVERY DOLLAR EARNED this will be my dentist from here on out just wish I had known about this place before my teeth where in such bad state. Dr. Spalito and his staff are by far the most personable I have ever dealt with. Dr. Spalito explains every procedure and leaves no questions unanswered. To top everything off my kids love going to the dentist!

I have a terrible toothache. The dentist, Dr Spalitto at West County Dental, said I had to pay $291 before the visit to get help. They took an X-ray of 1 tooth at the appointment and I didn’t have $1200 more to do anything else right then so they sent me home With a “huge toothache” and a prescription for amoxicillin.Did I just Give away $291 to a dentist who did nothing? dr Spalitto I Can’t find any reviews.

Had a new crown and filling placed on 4-28. No pain at all and successful results. Received call next day from doc to check on post-op condition - happy to report no pain even when anesthesia worn off. He's the best!

Dr Pete and his staff were amazing. Had to have double root canal and double crown. In and out in 1 day. Stayed awake through the entire process and he and staff explained everything that was going on. No pain at all, not even the next day.

I had a broken tooth that had been bothering me for quite awhile but it got d worse so I looked up emergency dentist and found West County Dental. They took right away and I even woke up the dentist. They got me in gave me some xrays and said they could pull the tooth. They were very kind and did a great job.
