This place has been a nightmare. They insisted on us paying them $3,200 upfront, and then our insurance overpaid them $1,200 which they're suppose to refund us, but here we are 10 months later and STILL have not received our money back! Every time we inquire about it, they tell us that we should get it within a week. REALLY??? 10 MONTHS???? And they're still giving us the same old story.

I do not believe there is another Dentist office quite like this one. The doctor and staff are incredible. I will never go to another dentist. They always treat me with compassion and kindness. They have restored my confidence in my smile, and I am so grateful.

I just started going to Precision dental recently and my experience with their entire staff and the office was amazing. I have extreme dental anxiety and everyone there from the front desk staff to Dr. Mack made me feel completely at ease. I thought I would need extra steps to get through my procedure but with just some general numbing of the area I was fine. Everyone explained what they were doing the whole time and Stormy went over all the insurance coverage and what I was responsible for and she is just the best! I would recommend that office to anyone. You won’t regret it.

Dr Stacy is a terrific dentist. I have a great respect for her dental skills and good demeanor. She corrected a problem originating from a different dental office and which was causing me a lot of pain. After one session she not only fixed my problem
but also completed a filling which restored a different problem tooth. All without any pain or discomfort. Kudos to this practice.

I love Precision Dental! I had an old crown come off on Sunday and they got me right in on Monday. I am terrified that f dentists, but they do everything possible to make you comfortable. Dr Mack is amazing, and this was the first tome I met her. Nicole was also amazing! She understood my anxiety and took time to help me relax. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
