Very comfortable and professional atmosphere. They are so non-judgy for those of us who aren't the best at flossing and Dr. Stacy has a great personality. Highly recommend them, especially if you have a slight aversion to dentists.

The staff is friendly, and who doesn't love Dr Ochoa? She's great. The tools they use are high end, and they do thorough cleanings and cancer screenings. My 8 year old son has no fear of going to the dentist, and they are always so sweet to him.

I've had good experiences here for many years. The chairs you sit in during treatment even have massagers! Back in 2011 I had to have a tooth pulled and after numbing injections I didnt feel a thing. I didn't even feel them touch me! I will continue going here as long as I am in the area.

I was notified by my parents that the office had called them to collect payment even though no bill had been received. I called and spoke to Stormy in the office who told me that my father was responsible for my account even though I am an adult and pay for my own medical bills. Stormy became very condescending when I corrected that I should be the guarantor on my account and receiving all notifications. She told me that I was incorrect in this information even though I work for a medical billing office and know these rules. She stated that they do not send out bills and they collect payments over the phone which I will not do. I attempted to call back later to make a complaint to Dr.Ochoa, my call was declined so I called from another number which was not picked up but was called back right away. When Stormy answered the call she proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to talk to Dr.Ochoa to make a complaint. She proceeded to become condescending again over the phone. I told her that I would not be taking my services back to them at all due to the way that she was talking to me and asked to have my records sent to me. She told me that they would not release any medical records until my balance was paid and even once it was paid they would not allow me to have them. I have never had a problem with Dr. Ochoa or Dr.Mack but because of this situation I will not be returning.

I would like to thank Dr. Mack for being such an excellent dentist , she was so kind , thank you for giving me and my smile back. I haven’t had a smile I can be proud of for over 35 years , she was so caring and understanding, she fixed my two front teeth, they look so pretty and now I can’t stop smiling. Thank you again Dr. Mack , you are the best!

I have been a patient at Precision Dental for one-year. Initially made my appointment for a sleep apnea diagnosis, and wanted an alternative to a CPAP. I was very pleased from the minute I walked through the door - a very inviting atmosphere (comfortable dental chairs with massage and even a neck rest if you like), Dr. Stacey Ochoa and her staff give excellent patient care. I am a patient in the Sleep Solutions center plus my husband and I are now dental patients. Dr. Ochoa and the dental staff explain in detail with pictures what is going on with your teeth and gums, using up to date dental equipment and technology. You are provided an itemized statement with the cost of what type of treatment is recommended. We drive 1.5 hours for our visits - and if we weren't happy with this dental practice, we would have gone elsewhere.

I previously posted a 5 star review due to the amazing work Dr Ochoa does. She still practices great dental work however her staff is rude, they do not know how to manage insurance and screwed me and my husband out of $1500. I have been a dental assistant for over 10 years and also handling insurance billing. They did not report what they needed to get coverage for my husbands crown which resulted in the insurance company not covering it after the dentist said my husband needed a crown and not another filling and the treatment coordinator saying insurance will pay X amount and we are responsible for X amount. This isn’t the first time we have had issues and the staff is constantly changing. They did not like the way I told them it was unacceptable to tell us what we needed treatment wise and how much it was going to cost and turn around and say well sorry now you owe the full amount. Not everyone has thousands of dollars laying around. We trusted them and now they are sending us to collections.
Beware and hopefully you have money to cover 100% of your dental work.

Everyone is very helpful and understanding. I never feel uncomfortable asking questions. They always go the extra mile and check things that I have never had checked at other dental offices such as oral ph and tooth density. They are also more gentle when it comes to actual dental work. My husband and I will be lifetime patients!

Kim is very unprofessional. She has no interpersonal skills. She just spoke to my boss, who has clinical OCD and an anxiety disorder, and told my boss she has a hibitual problem. One that was uncalled for and unprofessional and two that’s none of her business. If the Doctor blocks out time for an individual to have work done, and someone calls to say they are running behind. Don’t give there spot up. Explain to the customer we won’t be able to do the work but the doctor will be able to see you to help manage the pain. They didn’t even work with my boss, they just said someone else is in the chair and my boss would have to go to another dental institution to see someone else. Who says that to a paying customer???? Dr Ochoa does fantastic work, she does her job well, don’t get me wrong, but her staff is unprofessional and rude. If you want good work done, then ask to speak Dr Ochoa directly. Do not speak with any other member of staff. Obviously they want to make there patients feel unwelcome and disrespected. The stars are not directed to the work Dr Ochoa does. If I could give zero stars I would Because of Kim. The disrespect Kim displayed over the phone would & should result in action with the Better Business Bureau.
