Over the past few years they have consistently matched me with the same hygienist. She has done a great job, and Dr. Keppler as well. The process is smooth and I appreciate the care that goes very well. Thank you.

My experience was a very positive one. Dr. Tran is my dentist and she is very professional. She is very personable and has provided me with service in regards to my dental work. I would highly recommend her. The staff at Eastland that I have met have all been very courteous and professional.

Eastland Family Dental are as professional as they are caring. They always promote and provide what is best for my dental situation. It is my very good fortune to have them as my dental care team. I highly recommend their expertise to all.

I went to Eastland family dental for the first time in May 2017. Everyone in the front office was very friendly. I had a great hygenist, she was gentle and very nice. They did x rays and the doctor came in to see me. She wasn't super friendly and didn't say much. She examined my teeth and xrays and told me I needed 12 fillings!! 12!! I put off getting the work done and just went back last week for my 6 month cleaning and this time the Dr. added an extra filling to the long list. I ended up finding a new Dentist mainly bc i wasn't a fan on the Dr. She doesn't have much bedside manner and I just felt uneasy about her doing all that work. Long story short I wasn't going to write a negative review but I went to my new dentist today to have an exam and she told me I needed 5 fillings. 5!! Compared to 12! That is appalling! Beware of the Dentist who wants your money!

I'm very picky about my dental care. From working in a dentist office years ago, I expect great things. I have been very impressed with Eastland Family Dental! Their friendly staff is very professional and takes the time to answer all of your questions.

I have dental insurance! I repeat I have dental insurance. I had a remaining copay on my account of around 90 bucks. I now have tremendous pain from a tooth that the crown fell off of a few months ago. I called them up to ask about an extraction citing the fact I'm in a great amount of pain. I was told basically that they didn't care and I would have to pay the past due copay before they would do anything for me now. As I said before.....I have insurance it is only the copay I still owed. If you want to go here I hope you can afford it because if you can't they don't care pure and simple!

I was initially concerned due to some poor reviews here on Google and elsewhere. In my experience the poor reviews are people that just had a infrequent bad event.

I have had a few cleanings and one new crown with root canal. They were able to do the crown in one day (around 2-3 hours). That includes grinding down the old tooth, root canal, making the crown and fitting the crown. That is a huge improvement over others where this even is a 2 to 3 visit event.(including grind down, come back to refit and then back again when it comes off).

Staff is nice and a pleasure to be around.

If you need a new crown I recommend Dr. Tran and her assistants. They were very professional, friendly and considerate of my time. I was in and out with my permanent crown in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mind blown.

My son was seen in the office recently. It was on a bit of an emergency basis, and we were able to be scheduled the next day. Everyone was incredibly helpful and gracious. They saw him and fixed the issue that morning. Dr. Tran was patient and very sweet with my kiddo.

I've had the worst dental experience in my life with Eastland Family Dental. It had been about a year and a half since I'd gotten a cleaning due to job switching. I was told they'd have to do a deep cleaning. The dentist then came in and quickly went through my teeth to which she told me old fillings need to be replaced. As the expert, I assumed she knew best so I agreed. They had me sit with the financial person who told me my insurance maximum would be reached with half of the fillings that need to be replaced. I'd have to pay the rest out of pocket. I told her I wasn't willing to do that so she pushed for a while then when she saw I wasn't willing to budge, she asked the dentist and the dentist said I can do half now, the other half later. I was told it may cost around $200 out of pocket as the insurance will probably want them to use the "cheapest fillings".

When I went in for the work, they gave me around 6 numbing shots. When the dentist came in, I realized why they gave me so much numbing agent -- the dentist went crazy with the drill, hitting every tooth like there's no tomorrow. On my way out of the dental office I found a piece of bloody gauze they left in my mouth. The next day, my teeth were extremely pressure, hot and cold sensitive. I called and they told me to wait a week or two. I waited and the pain persisted so I called back and they told me to go in. The dentist said everything looked fine and that I need to give it more time or else she'd have to do a root canal.

Here I am now, having paid $700 -- that's right, SEVEN HUNDRED dollars on top of my insurance being maxed out. It's been several months and every day, I have to take several ibuprofen pills because the throbbing in my teeth is unbearable. It's like I walked in and the dentists eyes lit up with dollar signs. Worst of all is the pain. I went in for a simple cleaning and now have to live with throbbing teeth every day and may only be able to get this issue resolved with an expensive root canal. I'm now looking for another dentist who can hopefully fix what she did without having to do a root canal.
