I tend to be very apprehensive about getting dental work done since usually the numbing does not work for me and I can feel most procedures. I went in recently for a root canal and did not feel a thing! The staff was very warm and friendly, and got my Root Canal and all my questions as a first time root canal patient answered!

I have been going to Eastland for about five years. Within this time, there has been issues with managing my billing and informing me of necessary information prior to services. I was recently informed that the crown that was replaced by them, two years ago, needed to be bigger to eliminate food compaction. One would assume their work would be replaced at no substantial cost to me, correct? At the end of my crowning, I was informed that billing details were accidentally not discussed with me, but the correction of their work will cost me $1,000, and, "We are sorry the details were not explained".
Outside of cleaning, their services consist of unprofessionalism, inconsistent practices, and an accounting department that lacks in balancing their books. I'm upset at the lack of ownership and the blatant robbery of services. I'm also upset with Angela's curt response, when one has the right to be upset with the lack of customer care. I am now the third person who I know has stepped away from this practice because of similar issues.

I would be very wary of quotes for dental work here. During my visit they said I needed $2000 I’m dental work done and after two second opinions I didn’t need any of it. The staff was incredibly nice and took time to explain everything but after the second opinions that trust was completely broken and I would never go back or recommend to anyone. I have two stars because the staff was very kind.

Stacy (hygienist) is great to chat with and great at her job! Dr. Kepler is friendly and efficient. Staff at the payment desk is very helpful. I love this office!

Worst experience of my life, this office insisted I need work done that I didn't. Glad I got a second opinion. Plus, they were going to over charge me for the services I didn't need. The hygienist and both doctors were pretentious and condescending when I asked for clarification because I knew something was amiss.
So when I requested my record be sent to another dentist they replied with a letter terminating our "relationship."

Horrible, dentist keepler is rude and they don't work with your schedule they work with their schedule. They also have a $25 fee for being late or cancelling their appointment. I have orthodontics there and and the dentist saw me twice in the span of 7 months. You could also find cheaper places to get your teeth clean

Had a great cleaning on 8/31/16 with Jennifer. Love the office and love both Dr. Kepler and Dr. Tran as well as the specialists I've seen. My kids see the orthodontist Dr. Neuer and my nephew got his wisdom teeth out by Dr. Trakas who is an oral surgeon and can do IV sedation. Eastland takes care of everything in one place and has the right technology to do it right.

My sister and I have visited this dentist a few times over the past couple years for various different reasons. My sister, stopped visiting because the first girl who walked in the room told her it would be a waste of time to fix her mouth since she does meth - my sister has never touched it in her life! How unprofessional and rude. This among other reasons makes me never want to come back to this office.

From my first visit to Eastland ive sensed a level of competetence which continues to be validated. It makes healthy differences for me to be able to trust the diagnosis and the handling of expensive and necessary dental procedures. The difference saves me heartbeats, amongst other valuable assets.
