After years of neglecting my dental care, I am in need of much repair. The team here has been phenomenal. The are willing to answer all of my questions and help me understand what is occuring each step of my care plan. So far I have had a deep clean(10yrs since my last), a cavity repaired, and a new crown placed. I have had zero pain and extremely minimal discomfort of what you would expect during a dental treatment. Everyone has made sure that my care was as relaxing and smooth as possible. I have a few more appointments soon and have no concern or worry of things to come. Thank you!

This first visit has completely won me over. From the bubbly, refreshing attitude of the intake receptionist to the concerned, and knowledgeable attitude the doctor had for not only my desire to get certain work done, but the affects that work may or may not have further down the road. It is really nice to go someplace; normally associated with pain; and be so happy to be there you look forward to it.

I highly recommend this place! Great staff and very relaxing atmosphere! I had a whitening treatment and I love my results already, and the young lady that did my treatment was very knowledgeable and explained how to care for my teeth in the next 48 hours 😬

I'd definitely recommend Dr. Jackson and their surgeon Dr. Lucaci helped explain some things well when I had some questions. Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice and communication style is wholly professional, polite, and certainly feels like it's coming from a sincere place. My one complaint is that there isn't clear enough communication about insurance coverage and knowing what will be owed, which is a pretty big deal and off putting. They have done a good job making things right, but working on over communicating in this area will avoid surprises and frustrations. I get it's also a business and payments are important, but please take extra time to explain everything from the financial side. I'm very happy with the services rendered though and overall, good job and thanks!

From the moment I made my appointment over the phone to my actual in person visit everyone was amazing. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. The Dental staff were so lovely and just so do friendly. Myself and my best friend are very happy with the service we were provided.

It is not a surprise that this dentist office has all 5 star reviews. This dentist office is luxury compared to others but without the expensive price tag! When I called to make the appointment the receptionist was so nice and it felt like we had known each other for 10 years. She answered all of my questions and worked with me to schedule an appointment. They open at 7 am which allowed me to be seen before work. Then when they walked me back to my room and I sat in the chair to get my teeth cleaned, my super friendly hygienist asked if I wanted my chair on massage before she started working on my mouth. I was ultimately surprised and did not pass up that opportunity. It was relaxing. She did a great job cleaning. Then the dentist came in, Dr. Cao, he was incredibly humble and friendly. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain things to me and worked with me on showing me problem areas in my mouth with a mirror. He recommended some things to me and then sent the billing specialist into my room to talk about prices. I did not feel pressure at all to get any work done and I felt well informed of what would be happening and I knew what the cost would be right away. Lastly they gave me appointment cards which you would thing is such a small thing but the cards even feel smooth and soft, another luxury item to remind me of appointments. I really like this place and I found my new dentist!
