Best dental experience I have had, hands down. I was a little nervous going in for my cleaning since it had been a while and the staff were fantastic the moment I walked in. My hygienist, Molli, was so calming, kind, and walked me through everything she was about to do. She was probably the best hygienist I have had with great customer service and a gentle touch. The massage chair option while I was getting my teeth cleaned was a nice perk as well. I scheduled an appointment that was rescheduled by front office staff to a time that I could not make. I was clear about the fact that I could not make the time for the appointment however the front office manager insisted I come when I can. I arrived and was told that my cleaning could not be completed as there was not enough time since the visit type was changed. Unfortunately, the entire point of the visit was to get a dental cleaning which was not accomplished. I was not informed about the closing time of the office at 4pm until I arrived for my 3pm appointment. The office hours are incorrectly listed on Google and the clinic website at 6. My suggestion would be to provide clear, direct communication about patient appointment types and the duration of the appointment. If you reschedule a patient’s appointment, there should be written confirmation of that change sent to the patient, so there is not any confusion. As a person with a limited schedule, it is disappointing when avoidable issues take away from an experience.
