I have been going here for two years and I love it! I met Frenchie today and she was extraordinary! So friendly, kind and pleasant! Such a wonderful experience. She was a very skilled and very gentle and caring. I’m not overly fond of going to the dentist but she took my mind off of what she was doing and made it a very comfortable experience. I very highly recommend her, she’s fantastic!!

I haven’t been for a cleaning in over 10 years and never have I met a group more welcoming, accommodating, and kind. My husband and I had Frenchie for our hygienist and she is beyond amazing. Never once did I feel uncomfortable in her care. If I had known how spectacular she was before hand I wouldn’t have waited so long. I am actually looking forward to going back ! All the staff here are abundantly kind and I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of any dental work to go here. I cannot say enough kind things about this office and the folks who work here. :)

From the moment I walked into the door until I left, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. I came in for a dental emergency, and everyone took excellent care of me. The best part was that Dr. Grayem recommended no treatment at all! He recommended that I return to my original dentist in Florida to redo treatment on me that was done less than a year ago. I really appreciate that Nobody was recommending expensive treatment that should be addressed by the dentist who did my work originally.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a great dentist and welcomingly friendly staff!

Absolutely love this office! Been a patient for years. Staff is always friendly and focused on the patient’s best interest…from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors. Dentists take time to explain procedures and answer questions, and there’s never a feeling of procedures being done unnecessarily. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist (who is? lol), but if you want to keep those teeth and gums healthy for years to come, this is definitely the place to be.

Very refreshing to see how other dental practices work (other than the one you’re accustomed to. Love the installations, and some much more the technicians that work with you Kelly made sure that i was confortable and at ease through the whole visit! Doctor, Grayem, very caring and knowledgeable!! Overall a great experience even more so. It is dental work!

We (entire family including little kids) have been using this team for years. Always on time, always friendly and always great. I don't think we have had any work besides our our routine, preventative care but I think that speaks to the integrity of the practice. :)

Dr. Bruch and the staff have been great to work with in fitting me with an oral appliance for sleep apnea. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with, answering any questions I have, ensuring I have all the information necessary to be comfortable with the process. I came here to have a tooth removed that another dentist had messed up. That last experience gave me severe anxiety and caused me to avoid the dentist for years. The tooth became so bad that I could no longer avoid it…. After reading reviews from others on this place, I decided to give them a try. My experience this time was far better than expected. Dr.Kratz and Lauren both did an excellent job extracting the broken tooth and fitting a bone graft. After years of avoiding the dentist I now have a lot of work to be done, and this will for sure be where I get it done. Thanks guys.

Love this office!! Gina Underwood gave me an excellent cleaning and first appointment with x-rays. She explained more than I’ve ever heard in any dental office I’ve ever been in and I felt so confident I had been given a great referral! The whole staff was so explanatory and Dr. Bruch gave me a great plan and I felt so comfortable!!

I’m terrified of going to the dentist. No really bad experiences to explain it, but it’s there. Anxiety to the extreme that I waited over 20 years to see a dentist again. I went in to see St. Louis County Dental partners after a cracked tooth made it impossible to live. A crown and quite a few fillings later, I can say that Dr. Bialecki and his staff are amazing. They are empathetic, non-judgmental (I know I should have been seeing a dentist regularly; no need to dwell), and kind. They also have several options for sedation, if you need it (I did/do). I have seen Dr. Bialecki twice now, and I am proud to say my cleaning is already scheduled.
