I am a complete chicken when it comes to going to the dentist and always have been. I knew I needed extensive dental work done, but didn't have the courage to face it. I heard about Dr. Brace and his use of sedation dentistry. From the very beginning, they were considerate, compassionate, thorough, and made me as relaxed as I could possibly be. When the time came for my dental work to be done, I chose sedation dentistry and it was the best thing I could have done. Not only did they take care of my dental needs, but they took care of my dental fears, and my teeth look better than I ever thought possible. They have made a tremendous difference in my dental experience. I'm still a chicken, but now I know that I can go to the dentist and not suffer with the anxiety that I had in the past. Did I mention what a terrific job they did?

My whole family goes to this office. My husband has had extensive dental work done and the staff is always very helpful,caring and concerned. Myself and my children see Dr.Grahm and we really like him. My kids feel comfortable and look forward to going to the dentist. He always answers any questions I have and the dental assistants are always so friendly. Overall I'm very happy with this practice and would recommend it to any family!

I’m a new patient but have thoroughly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and care they take during each visit. My other dental experiences have been less than comfortable. Everyone has been so clear about my care plan, taken the time to explain insurance and payment options. I will be recommending this office to anyone who asks!

My experience with Dr. Bruch and all of the staff at St. Louis County Dental Partnership was outstanding! Dr. Bruch took excellent care of me and my teeth look spectacular. I highly recommend this dentist office, and especially Dr. Bruch, to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist because of pain or anyone who wants excellent dental work. All of the staff are dedicated to making their patients feel comfortable while providing high quality dentistry. I had a 5 star experience!

Scheduling is easy, Staff is amazing, and the Doctors are amazing. Staff makes you feel comfortable, take the time to get to know you and make sure you get the treatment that is best for you. Very excited to have came to their office. I have nothing but great things to say about the and their staff.

This was my first visit here and my first visit of dentist in the USA. As a foreigner, being in the USA for 3 years, I was always a bit hesitating to go to a dentist here in the USA, as I was afraid of an enormous cost of the care and not sure of the quality… another foreigners would understand for sure what I am talking about.
However this visit just exceeded my expectations. I am totally happy and feeling good after my fist appointment.
I made my appointment this morning and got one same day in the afternoon. No waiting time at all – Immediately after filling all the paperwork I was taken a great care from the doctors.
I was really warmly welcomed and the lady I met at the reception made me feeling great and secure the first 5 second. She answered all my questions and did not let me feel bad as I usually feel when, as a foreigner, I am asking things that are obvious for the born Americans. I did not feel as a foreigner at all!

They did really (and I mean it) detailed and thorough check, several x-rays and they built the proposal to go ahead with two crowns instead of the fillings that would just be a waste of money. Here I must say that this was my suggestion to my doctor already 4 years ago back in my country in Europe. My European doctor proposed to continue with filling that had to be renewed every 2 years. I have already spent more money to do so in past 5 years than if I would gotten crowns. I appreciate though the recommendation of the doctor here.
After the check they started the cleaning I opted for and it just filled the time until the doctor was available for me. What a great time management!
I was a bit scarred of the cost and here we go – the ladies at the reception did amazing job identifying my insurance and the final proposal entirely surprised me positively. It’s affordable and I know I will save money, effort and time in the future.
They gave me the nearest possible appointment to do the procedure – I will wait only two days. Amazing service!
They also made me a proposal for semi-cosmetic improvement with really good cost proposal and even proposed the best timing to do so considering the coverage. They did not push me at all and let me decide on my own and according to my best financial ability.
When it goes to the financials, I used the coupon they offer to a new patients on their internet pages. If you are new comer – go ahead and check it out – you will see how much money you are going to save !
I like the facility there. Everything is perfectly clean and makes a patient feeling well and welcome.
I did not feel any discomfort during the check and cleaning process at all and they continuously asked me if I feel ok. I am not the kind of person being scared of a doctor or dentist and I can handle some pain if necessary but here I want to say that they were so sensitive and nice to me that I have entirely rather enjoyed my time there.
The main procedure of working on my crowns (and might be some discomfort and a little pain) is just to come, but I am really looking forward and not afraid at all.
It is always for anyone who did not grow up in the country (and the town) to find a good dentist. I have chosen this one according to many great reviews online (mainly Yelp). And I see it really worked.
It is a great team of people who will make you feel good regardless to the condition you will be in when you arrive.
I definitely recommend this awesome place and I will add my comments after all my procedures are over.

I was immediately greeted with smiling faces and employees that really seemed to enjoy being there. The dental tech that took care of me was a joy!So upbeat and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable. Then of course is the Dr who was so personable & answered all my questions. I couldn't have enjoyed a Dr visit more...…………..LOL ** Good Job guys!!

Dr.Brooke is AMAZINGGGGGG I recommended everybody to her. I was actually recommended to the dental office it’s self by my mom and it just trickled down. I love how patient they are with me I’m a very very very very very and did I say very hard number and they took their time with me and even when I felt like I was working they nerves they assured me I wasn’t and did a very great job with my teeth. Awesome dental office it sucks I got new insurance and I can’t see them no more I cried literally but you would not be sorry! Oh! And I forgot to mention they have reasonable prices!

The entire dental team from the front desk employee to the hygienist to the dentist… even those employees who I passed in the hallway we’re so kind, thoughtful and genuine positive. I absolutely love this dental office!

Very nice and friendly hygienists. Very bad dentists! A tooth perfectly fine hurts now daily. They will try to put fillings everywhere where it's possible!!!! Be aware! I looked for a better dentist with better reviews (you better do the same or will regret it eventually) and end up with a treatment plan WAY less expensive than the one with imaginary cavities and needless filling that this place wanted me to get. And they would say that the tooth that actually bothered me was fine ... I even started to second guess myself. Once I asked for my x-rays, even I saw the problem! They probably wanted to wait for it to get worst and cash in a little more since it's pretty obvious with the other reviews that this is what they really are after.
I'm just mad at myself for not looking for a second opinion sooner because I would have saved money in needless filling. This place is the reason many people avoid going to the dentist until its to late:To avoid crooks .
