I've never experienced a dental office that is better run! They are so efficient, while being kind. Amelia and Lauren go above and beyond to make me feel like I'm a valued patient.

I must say this is the best dentist experience that I have had everyone was friendly and very welcoming to me. Frenchie was great such a genuine person and Janice (I hope I spelled her name right) she was very nice to me on the phone and made me want to come visit..I would highly recommend them to anyone

I apsultly can't stand going to the dentist. I tell you what though, I'm looking foward to getting my teeth fixed at this dental office. When Dr. Brandon Kratz gave me my anesthetic I didn't feel a thing!
His assistant that day was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful. ( I wish I could remember her name...)
FELT WELCOME COMING THREW THE DOOR

I'm deathly afraid of the dentist and my mouth shows it. I need major work and finally made an appointment. Started with Alyssa at the front desk. She eased me as I tearfully made an appointment. Then face to face day of appointment crying as I check in and again Alyssa eased me. Then Gina the dental hygienist was next. She was amazing as well as I continued to cry but she explained everything. Next was Dr Bruch. So sweet and so gentle. She examined me as I cried thru everybody. Lastly was Sara who walked me thru my plan and pricing. She was so calming as she answered all my questions. Next day Alyssa called check on me see if I had questions. I tearfully explained I want to come there but financially I can't. But I will tell anyone and everyone I know to go to this office even just for your yearly. Such sweet people. Thank you for taking care of me.

Was less happy last year with the one (not Donna) assisting a root canal. Her technique seemed 'clumsy'.

I had an extensive procedure - a crown on a left upper molar and root canal and crown on an adjacent molar. I could not even feel the local anesthetic. I can tell he was technically totally competent, worked fast and thoroughly. His assistant was also excellent, technically and personally, as well. They kept asking if I'm doing ok and kept reassuring me on how things were going. I saw how deep the cavities were, especially the one that needed the root canal, and I was glad I didn't have to lose either tooth.

They were the nicest dentist and gave me all the information i needed to make a good decision. They are the best. Thanks

Prior to coming to this practice I would’ve said all dentists are essentially the same. When I came to St. Louis County Dental I had about 10+ year’s worth of bad experiences. I was angry and suspicious and expected the worst. It’s been probably 5 years and I have to admit that all dentists aren’t the same. The people in this office are really, really good at their jobs! And they’re patient and kind and understanding. I could call out specific people but I won’t because I don’t want to leave anyone out. I can’t say I like a visit to the dentist office yet, but I don’t hate it and I don’t dread it.

Professional staff who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Had been with the same dental practice for over 20 years when a move to new location necessitated change. Thank you Debbie Gray for making this happen and thank you Francie for your professional expertise. I will be back!

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff! The front desk receptionist was able to answer my questions quickly about my insurance and sent over any paperwork I needed to fill out prior to my appointment. My hygienist, Gina, was exceptional! Normally I leave the dentist office in pain after a cleaning, which is the reason I wanted to switch dentists. Gina was so gentle and answered all of my questions about my teeth. She was very knowledgeable as well and I really appreciated her detail in answering all of my questions. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with Gina!
