St. Louis County Dental Partnership - Grayem & Associates

I was quoted and scheduled for an implant, when I arrived they said they were doing a bridge on a different section of my mouth.

After shaving down the 2 surrounding teeth for the bridge the dentist said "oh wait I think we can save this one" (the middle tooth in which the bridge was going to go over) and then proceeded to give me 3 crowns since the teeth were already shaved down.

None of these teeth were painful and shortly after receiving the permanent crowns I was in the most intense pain ever. The dentist shaved the 3 teeth down to the root essentially and everything is extremely sensitive on that side of my mouth now. Note again that none of the teeth hurt at all. There was one tooth that a filling had fallen out of, food would get into it, it wasn't ideal but it never hurt.

I had to go back a few weeks later to get a root canal on one of the crowned teeth because it hurt so bad.

They literally absolutely mauled the upper left section of my mouth and my left side of my mouth is extremely sensitive to everything hot and cold now.

They seem pretty unorganized and my experience is probably a 1.3 out of 10.

I've been going here for 10+ years and have been very pleased with my experience every single visit. I've had one toothache in my life, and they took care of me with no appointment within an hour of calling to tell them that I needed help asap. I've had more experience with Dr. Grayem than Dr. Brace, but they have both been great when I've dealt with them. They also guarantee all of their work if you keep up with checkups & cleanings, so when you get an implant or a crown, as long as you keep your six month appointments, their work is guaranteed. Not a bad deal, people. Take care of your teeth!

I was very happy with my visit at St. Louis County Dental! I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long but my teeth looked so much healthier and whiter when I left! Lauren and Emilia and the whole staff were so nice and answered all of my questions and made my visit so much less stressful!

Today, was hands down thee best ever dental experience I’ve ever had. I became a new patient at St. Louis County Dental and I was amazed at the experience and service I received. From entry to exit, everyone was so pleasant and upbeat, but one person in particular stood out. FRENCHIE! Frenchie was thee most AMAZING person to ever touch my teeth. She was extremely upbeat, positive and made me feel more than comfortable all the while working to perfect my smile. Her reassurance and knowledge was so unmatched. Like I’m going to take her out for drinks and become best friends with her at this point. Seriously, if you’re looking for a good dentistry home, you should definitely come here. Thank you guys again!

I have always been deathly afraid of going to the dentist.😢 It was finally time to go. Frenchie was absolutely wonderful! She made my fears go away. 😃She was so kind and gentle!! All of the stuff were friendly and professional.

A big thank you to Sarah B and Dr. Kratz for seeing me for an emergency procedure. Sarah was kind, patient and a calm presence when I was very nervous. Dr. Kratz was very attentive and nice, answered all my questions and fixed my tooth. I was a new patient and will be a regular from now on. Thank you again!!

Professional and timely. Worked me in for an emergency dental procedure, even as a new patient. Dr. Brooke and staff was amazing!

They’re incredibly kind AND they knock you out. Completely. For someone like myself, that’s a big deal! The only thing I would complain about is the price. That being said, I have no dental insurance.

Had my first routine check up with Grayem, Brace & Associates and wow! Such a professional, friendly, and transparent team of dentists and hygienists. They walked me through every step of what they were doing as well as kept me calm while patiently answering all of my questions.

I had Gina, Dr. Kratz, and Debbie - all of whom were polite and fun to talk to while offering such valuable information and care. I hope to see them all again in 6 months for my next check up!

If I could give more stars for how amazing this place was, I would. This was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist due to a bad experience with an orthodontist. I have avoided the dentist for years and was prepared to continue avoiding them, despite knowing it was terrible for my teeth. And then I found out about sedation dentistry. Most dentists would scoff at the idea of someone needing to be sedated for a simple cleaning and cavity filling appointment, but not Grayem, Brace & Associates. Everyone in this office was incredibly kind and helpful: the reception desk, the hygienists, the doctors, the scheduling lady, and the finance lady. Every one. I feel bad that I don‘t remember all of their names, but seriously not one of them was rude or unkind. I was so nervous at just the consultation that my hands were shaking. Yet, the kindness and thoroughness of the staff helped to put me at ease. During my appointment, when I was consciously sedated, they made sure I was relaxed. Throughout the entire procedure they made sure I was in no pain or discomfort. Not once did anyone show impatience or annoyance. They also had put an eye mask on me so that I could relax even more. I initially thought that would be anxiety-inducing because of not knowing what was going on, but it was actually very helpful due to their incredible bed-side manner. Because of how relaxed I was from the sedation, the appointment went by incredibly fast. My last experience before this one, I had cried the entire time, begged them to numb me more (which they were hesitant to), and laid in a puddle of sweat during the entire one-hour deep cleaning process (which felt like an eternity). My appointment with Grayem, Brace & Associates took three hours because of the cavities and deep cleaning, but those three hours felt like 30 minutes, and at no point was I crying or sweating or begging to be numbed more. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. I can‘t recommend this place enough. I‘m actually not dreading my next dentist appointment. If you have avoided the dentist because of anxiety or fear, I recommend this place 100%. If you don‘t even have anxiety about going to the dentist and just need regular work done, I recommend this place 100%. You won‘t find a more caring and helpful staff than this one.
