I am 73 years old and because of periodontal disease had been slowly losing teeth over 50 years, even implants. I finally decided to stop this piecemeal approach. Subsequently I set about interviewing over 7 different expert providers, including the request to interview previous patients. I settled on Dr Tim Grayem. Largely because I just liked him ( but I like many of the others too). Dr Grayem reputation impressed me. Boy! Did I make a good decision. I elected the All on Four total implant approach While very expensive, there were a number of discounts available to me. Even a senior citizen discount
Most importantly was the day of surgery. The plan was to do all on four both top and bottom. I learned during surgery that Dr Grayem believes in all on whatever…. The most you can get in to assure success. In my case it turned out to be all on seven for my uppers. Wow! Most importantly,, Dr Grayem noted that I had two remaining good implants on my lower arch that would typically be removed by most dentists during all on four. Instead, in mid surgery, he made a better decision to supplement those good implants with bridges….. saving me time in the chair and a likely better long term result. Lastly, after a 7 hour surgery, I was anticipating significant pain and swelling. Swelling has been minimal and almost zero pain. I can't say enough about this office. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and they put me at ease the minute I walked in. Cindy is AMAZING! Stephanie and Brie and Dr. Grayem and all of the receptionists and technicians and Doctors I met along the way just blew me away with their warm, friendly and accommodating manner. You feel a part of a family up there. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I have a sever phobia with dentist, I had some major work done and for the most part the visit was as pain free as possible. Only had one problem with a tooth, which they had to refer me to a oral surgeon to put me under to remove it. The other two teeth they had to work on I never felt at all. So far my best experience I have had at a dentist and they was very good at making me feel relaxed.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted at St. Louis County Dental. I received the best care possible by the entire office, but especially by Dr. Bruch and her assistant Lauren. I was anxious about this procedure, but Dr. Bruch answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained each step and what to expect. Dr. Bruch and Lauren went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I can honestly say I felt no pain during the extraction!! The healing process was quicker than I was expecting (not "fun" but easy as possible). The office called to check on me the next day. I felt truly cared for, and am so grateful! You can trust you are in the best hands here!!

Top level care is always provided from every single member of the staff. Started seeing Dr. Brace when I was a kid and have been extremely happy with Dr. Grayem, hygienists Gina and Donna and all of the front desk staff. I don’t love going to the dentist, but I love my dentist!

I'm afraid I have to suggest that you avoid this business, ESPECIALLY if you have a dental emergency. I'm convinced I was over charged by close to $1,000 dollars (after checking other dental offices AFTER I had no choice but to accept their estimate while already in the chair with x-rays on the screen). But that's not the worst of it. I actually faced competition of other patients in the office. I did NOT get anywhere near the attention I needed despite paying the absolute premium price for my procedure. I could tell my attending dentist was seriously stressed for time. In the end, I really worry that they rushed my super-expensive procedure and did not do it correctly. I have no faith that I'm OK now. None. I'd MUCH rather they declined the appointment because they couldn't fit me in. I could've EASILY found someplace else that didn't want to rip me off for every dollar they could. I will not go back for anything else. At all.

So I came into the dentist office terrified of pain and ALL the mess that goes with dental work. Office was calming, staff was great especially Sarah. But in all reality, all I can say is, this was a new dentist to me, so I didn't trust him, BUT NOW HE IS COMPLETELY IN MY CIRCLE OF TRUST. NO! FLIPPING! PAIN! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I was for this experience to finally find a dentist that didn't hurt me and what's crazy... I had 2 teeth pulled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST to ALL us scary cats out there! I WILL be back!

Dr. Bruch and her assistant Lauren make a great team! They are very caring and explained the process every step of the way to make sure I felt comfortable. I cant wait to show off my smile!

The staff and Dr. Brace are amazing. Very thorough and explain everything in great detail. Dr. Brace is very upfront and honest. Did not try to get me to do treatments I didnt need. He took care of my issue immediately and with compassion. The staff is very friendly, a smile and a kind word goes a long way.

This dental practice is the best! There is a professional conduct and priority is the patient. There was no discomfort; the dental staff frequently confirmed with me if I was feeling OK or having any discomfort or concerns prior to and during the procedures I only wish I had known of this group before the nightmare of prior dental care.
