Excel Dental

I was at this dental office for my first time yesterday. I found the most alert, caring, and up to date office I was ever in. All the staff was tremendously helpful and friendly. I had Dr. Jim and I felt he was thorough, informative and caring. Sally was great, Megan and all office staff were very nice.

Their name suits them well! They excel in everything they do here: customer service, patience, compassion, and understanding! Dr. Nick and Dr. Tracey have both been amazing! The front staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed. Thank you Excel Dental!

Dr. Nick is great! The staff is so nice and awesome! The office is very clean and nice as well. I always feel very comfortable there. I have not ever had a bad experience at Excel Dental. Everyone is professional, and you are always greeted with a smile. Best dental office I have ever been too!

I always have a great experience with Excel Dental each time I'm there. The reception staff is always friendly and welcoming. And whether it's a routine cleaning or actual dental work that is being done, I am always made to feel comfortable when I'm in the chair. Over the past few years, I've had several porcelain crowns put in to replace old silver fillings. They do an impeccable job at matching natural tooth color, and I've never had a problem with any of the crowns. Top notch professional dentistry with a warm and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend!

Excel dental is really the best dental office we have ever been to. They have a great staff and high tech capabilities that make your dental visit the most pleasant experience possible. They are great with my
kids, even though one of my children has high anxiety and sensory issues. I highly recommend them.

A year & a half ago I was searching for a new dentist because I needed a lot of work done, the place I originally went too was gonna charge an insane amount to fix my teeth and I hadn’t been to a dentist in 11 years. I came across excel because it was close by and not a big building in Springfield, which I hate having to go too for anything, so that was a plus also. I walked in and made an appointment to have my teeth looked at to see what needed to be done, prices etc. they were super nice & helpful and helped me learn about things I needed to work on in order to get my teeth straight, perfect & healthy again. Now a year & a half later I am ready to get braces and my teeth are in the best condition they’ve ever been in. The office is full of wonderful people who genuinely care about your teeth & goals for them. I’m very skeptical about finding new places for anything and only want the best and I’ve definitely found it with this dental office! Don’t hesitate if someone refers excel because they are 110% worth it!

I have been going to Dr Tracy for almost 20 years because the care I receive is amazing. Twenty years ago I was petrified of dentists. My first trip in she put me so much at ease, which included shots with no pain, that I can almost say I look forward to going to the dentist. She and her staff of technicians are wonderful. I highly recommend Excell Dental.

My experience at Barnett-Davis Dental was easily the most fluid, relaxed and professional experience I've ever had at a dental office. Sure, the facilities and interior of the office are modern and comfortable; however, the people involved are what make the real difference. From the ladies at the front desk to the dental assistants, the staff are all extremely friendly and do their best to facilitate a smooth visit. It's obvious there is a real culture of excellence here. As a physician myself, I truly was impressed with the care I received from Dr. Nick Matthews. He was careful to lay out my treatment plan carefully and clearly. The work I had on my teeth truly exceeded my expectations. I will be back and recommend that if you are in need of a dentist, you strongly consider this group.

The staff greets you like an old friend with a bubbly smile and a cheerful greeting. You are made to feel relaxed as they take care of you and you are well informed as to what is happening. The training and professionalism is worthy of 20 stars. If by chance you are nervous about visiting the dentist, they go way beyond the norm to be attentive to that and make you feel you are being well taken care of and at ease. All the staff is top notch. The doctors are wonderful. I highly recommend Excel dental to everyone.
