I had to make a trip to the dentist because I had an accident involving my top front tooth and needed X rays to see if I had done damage. Needless to say I was more than a little nervous, as the dentist office is not my favorite place and it had been quite some time since I had been there. I was very pleased with Excel dental from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone was very professional and kind, and I was happy to see they were following protocol for Covid in every way. The office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Tracy Davis was so friendly, kind and patient, especially knowing how nervous I was. She took her time with me, explaining everything as she went along, and was very gentle. They took a full set of X rays upon my request and then went over them and had a care plan written up for me. They understood my financial situation as I don't have insurance, and weren't pushy at all, but gave me the chance to figure out what is most important for now. I felt very comfortable and at ease there, and I usually don't in dental offices. They have a great deal for an individual person who doesn't have insurance, it is $300 a year, and it covers two cleanings, X rays, at least one office visit and 10% off any work done, such as fillings. I took advantage of that deal! I was very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend Excel to anyone looking for a dentist, especially if you are a nervous Nelly like me! Best of all my tooth turned out okay, and they were very happy for me! Thank you Excel!
