I cannot recommend this business enough. I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and they are quick, efficient, and compassionate towards my anxiety. They also make you coffee when you leave which is awesome.

More upsetting than the extraordinary lack of professionalism is the genuine violation of my trust as a patient to my care provider. It is not my intent to be goolish, but it is important to me that people understand the depth of which this level mismanagement of care and general disregard can quickly spiral into. It is my hope to help others avoid such devasting yet very much avoidable misfortune. Warning: Some may find this content to be distrubing.

At my first visit; the dental hygenenist was scheduled to do my biannual cleaning, and the dentist was updating 2 crowns. Naturally, I assumed my cleaning would be done, and then the procedure would follow. After being numbed in a normal dentistry room, I was taken to an unfinished cosmetics room upstairs. The room was literally only 80-90% finished with construction. The two crowns were then pulled off in the unfinshed room because the vacuum system in the dental offices was not working. This gave me a mirror view of the procedure via the extremely large nonworking ceiling mounted tv. This was a difficult experience for me and I am confident that many people would have been unable to witness themselves have their mouth locked open with a block and two people hoovering over you working inside your mouth with cutting tools and small pry bars.

As soon as the crowns were off, a hygenist quickly came in and pulled me out of that room and informed me she was going to do my cleaning right then. I was then led down the busy hallways of the business, unable to speak clearly or feel my swollen lips or the large voids created by the unfinished medical procedure I was still in the middle of. All of this is taking place while I am still under the influence of the prescription drugs they injected me with. Once being led back down the busy hallways and stairs to another room, she water picked and hurriedly polished my teeth in about 15 minutes. Only these 2 tools were used, and this is not a sufficient biannual cleaning, and a wildly unprofessional time to perform an additional medical procedure and an obvious violation of my privacy.

The hygenist then led me back down the busy hallways and back up the stairs where the dental assistant I met moments prior during the extraction informed me that she alone would be the once responsible for the placement of the $2000 plus worth of crowns. As I watched her in the reflection of the 100' tv above, it was very evident that she had a lot of trouble seating my crowns. After about 15-20 minutes of breaking dental strings and running power tools inside my mouth, I was casually dismissed.

In hindsight, I feel quite foolish forever returning. However, I felt at that point that perhaps my expectation was too high and acknowledged that we're human and things go wrong sometimes. I also really wanted to have found my new dentist after moving to the region.

The worst and final experience was during a scheduled molar extraction. The dentist worked on the extraction for quite a while and after she had broken the tooth several times, she informed me that she was not going to be able to remove part of the tooth and was leaving to get help. I was then left alone in the room with my jaws left blocked open for well over 10 minutes. Leaving me with nothing to do but eventually beging to observe the room, tools, and the tooth she shattered into bits. I have attached some pictures that show that I am being honest and not to be goolish or gross. Eventually, a second dentist came in and did his best to remove whatever "my denstist" had failed to. He eventually said that he was done, and I assumed that meant succesfully; however, the bone that still protrudes would suggest he was, in fact, unsuccessful. After the departure of "my dentist" in the middle of my unfinished medical procedure, I did not see Meagan again that day. I've broken bones and torn tendons and ligaments, etc. and this was among the worst pain imaginable. Even after taking prescription pain medicine, I was still unable to do anything more than lay down and try not to focus on the throbbing.
