Amazing place with excellent customer service. Haley is super informative and attentive. I highly recommend coming here for any dental work, the massage chairs are a huge bonus.

Everyone was great during my time wearing braces and answering all my questions. Everyone was knowledgeable and explained each step along the process. Highly recommend using Innovative Dental for orthopedic care.

February 8, 2023, we flew from Houston to Springfield, MO to get my front tooth implant. As soon as we walked into their building a receptionist greeted us and check us in and handed us a gift saying, "thank you for choosing us". She escorted us to their lounge and while walking she asked us if she can get us anything to drink and some snacks. So while I was filling up the form on their iPad, my husband grab some cookies and water. Boy, their cookies are good. Then Becky came and took care of Dental CBCT and 3D imaging, she suggested a few good restaurants to visit while we are in Springfield. We would love to do some outdoor activity but it is off-season. Dr. Olson came and said we are all set for the next day to do the implant. We talked a lil bit that afternoon and told Dr. Olson that Becky made some recommendations for places to check out while we are there. It was considerate of him not to take my tooth yet that day so I can eat that night. Becky was very sweet, she made my husband and me a coffee chocolate and toffee white chocolate coffee drink before letting us go for the day. We even joke with her that you guys are dental hygienists/baristas and we can see that you guys would not even think about leaving this place, they replied with "we love working here". That was nice to hear. No wonder they are providing great service here.

Then the next day came, implant time...
Alexa came to get me from the 2nd-floor lounge. I asked her if I can wait for my husband as he is using the restroom. My husband took a long time... I can see Lex peek a few times, seeing if my husband is around. I felt bad as my husband really took a long time. She brought us to a room that have its own restroom, lounge, TV, refrigerator, snack bar, coffee sections, coffee machine, dental chair, equipment, and instruments. It was very exclusive. Sandra came to numb my gums so it will be ready for Dr. Olson to remove my tooth and place the implant. That sting and hurt (which are unavoidable) but she made sure I'm comfortable. Dr. Olson came and remove my front tooth, aside from lil movement and pressure, I haven't felt a thing. In less than 30 minutes, he already removed my tooth and placed part of the implant. My husband was blown away, he said "that was fast". He did another 3D scan for the crown, he said it will take at least 1.5 hours to create. While waiting, we are watching TV. My husband grabbed some water, coffee, and cookies. As we are waiting, the numbing medication started to wear off. I'm using the cold bottle of drinks to help with pain and pressure. Lex probably saw me holding a cold bottle to my face so she gave me a cold pack. Not just that, she also called Sandra to give me more numbing medication as it already wearing off. That was very thoughtful of Lex. It only took basically 3hours from start to finish.

Overall experience was very pleasant. I actually recommend this place to the airport driver that picked us up from Houston airport. He thought we came from Sacramento, so we ended up telling him the entire story of why we went to Springfield. He even looked at it and said "it looked good, I cannot tell the difference". I showed him Innovative Dental Springfield, MO website and he wrote all the information, telephone, and address.

Highly recommend this place. I will be coming back after 6 months or so. I might also do another one for my other tooth that's graying from a root canal tx.

Emily is Amazing!... I've always had a little bit of Dental work Anxieties... She was so good, I actually dozed off during my cleaning! ♡ That was a 1st for me!

Cleanings are so easy and stress-free. I actually look forward to my dental apmts now because afterwards I can chill in any one of the beautiful calming spaces, drink a fresh iced vanilla latte, eat a cookie and check my phone! I take my time getting back to work/home. LOL

If you’re on the fence about trusting Dr. Olson and his team with your smile, THIS IS YOUR SIGN, to go for it!!! I’ve been wanting to get veneers for years but couldn’t find a good provider until I discovered Dr. O. What drew me to Innovative Dental is their commitment to patient centered care, innovation and advancement in technology and Dr. Olson’s expertise in the area of cosmetic dentistry. He uses same day technology and the entire process is done in the office, from tooth prep, creating the porcelain veneers, to installation. There’s no need to do goopy impressions, and waiting weeks for final teeth while wearing temporary’s. I love how he controls the entire process from start to finish. He uses 3D technology to design the perfect smile that compliments your face, goals and function.

I traveled from Northern California to Springfield, and the staff was very accommodating with recommending hotels, restaurants and ensuring my travel experience was safe and 5 stars worthy.
I had an initial in person consultation that consisted of pictures, talking about goals of treatment and meeting Dr. O. The second day was treatment day- I came in at 8am, and was finished by 2pm with a new smile. I get lock jaw at the dentist, but the procedure was pain free, and the staff was very understanding and provided me with lots of comfort and breaks when needed. The staff at innovative Dental is friendlier than chick fil A! I didn’t think that was possible, but it is! On the third day I had a final visit, to ensure the bite was correct and had all my questions answered.

I have so much more confidence with my new smile, I finally have that spark that was missing for years. I can’t stop smiling.

The office is designed to draw you closer to nature, lots of windows, natural light, beautiful well thought out architecture. If you have dentist anxiety, this place is for you. Don’t let the distance stop you from getting the transformation of your life.

My only regret is not doing this sooner!
