The dentist I used prior to Bogey Hills consistently ran behind and I'd get more worked up an nervous as I waited & waited to be seen. My wife was in severe pain from a broken wisdom tooth! I must say Dr. Pollard and his staff are very thorough. They took good care of my wife. I also must mention Dr. Pollard's office doesn't open until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. He made an exception for us to come in one hour early. Awesome Job bogey hills Dental and for going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Truly a great dentist and staff.

Great office. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Pollard's office was able to schedule me in last minute for a cleaning. He even noticed a cavity that my last dentist missed. Informed me all about it and my possible costs. They took the effort to find out whether it would be covered by insurance or not, instead of having me do it. Just very happy with my first visit that was random at first just to get a cleaning, but I will for sure be going back! :)

I initially booked an appointment here after my dentist of 15+ years became out-of-network for Delta Dental. Making an appointment was easy, they had pretty immediate availability and I got in within a week for a cleaning. The desk staff seemed very aloof and made no eye contact, but told me to sign in on the computers. The hygienist called me soon after I hit submit, she was very nice and chatted with me the whole visit. The dentist came in (did not introduce himself) and politely chatted about a few trouble spots and also gave me a quote for Invisalign. We made an hour-long appointment to correct the four areas (one on top and bottom of each side of my mouth). I made the appointment for the next evening at 7pm (they close at 8pm on Wednesdays). I returned the next day. The dental assistant seemed nice, but once the dentist came in, they both seemed in a big hurry. They numbed my right side, but not my left because the areas were surface-level. All 4 cavities were filled in less than 30 minutes, I choked a time or two and had to sit up at one point. One of my left teeth started to bother me as the dentist drilled, but he asked that I hang in there because he was almost done. So I white-knuckled it through the rest of drilling. Between having pain from the drill and their obvious hurry, I left feeling very shaken. The front desk staff made no eye contact as she collected my $99 and change and sent me on my way. My back right filling was too high, and my jaw was off and it hurt to chew on that side, but I definitely didn’t want to go back to Bogey Hills Dental after how the last appointment went. I returned to my old dentist, I would much rather have to pay out of pocket for good dental care that doesn’t feel rushed or scary. I never understood why people were afraid of the dentist until now. To top it all off, I got home this evening to another bill of an additional $100.80 because they inaccurately estimated what my two insurances would cover (seriously?!). I would not recommend this place, especially because they advertise contests to win prizes in exchange for reviews. Go to Family Dental up the road instead.

New to the area and searched for a dentist...ran across great reviews of Bogey Hills Dental, Dr. Pollard & his staff. Just went in for an exam and cleaning - Darlene and Pati were so gracious, accommodating and professional, I decided to have my teeth whitened. Alicia was great, too, and they didn't even charge me for the whitening - provided me a coupon! Never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to going back in 6 months, but I am!!!
