Update 5/22/2020: My appointment today was great! Extremely professional set up for the Covid requirements, hygienist Jill did a very thorough and thoughtful cleaning today, and front desk staff were spot on.
Update 12/2019: I continue to enjoy using this dentist office. Staff are always helpful, patient, and kind. Quality dental care with good recommendations for treatment and referrals.
All staff were accommodating and well informed. The office was busy but they were able to squeeze me in the same day for a medical appointment. Strongly recommend as a great local resource.
Lake St Louis Water Ski Club
This is a terrific dental practice. I am very picky and with other dentist offices have had good, so-so and now a great experience here. They are punctual and efficient from the time I made the appointment for myself and two 10 year old kids, to the text reminder through the checkup and out the door with clean teeth. Bogey Hills is friendly and inviting. It has a Wii game system in a side lobby where the kids can go while waiting but away from adults reading magazines quietly. Yet still visible for mom/dad. This last visit I had a cavity to be filled - something I dread. It was surprisingly pain free and feels great now. I believe they have flexible hours so evenings can work for those who can't get off work early. Highly recommend for you and your family dentist office.

I had to get my FIRST filling this past visit and everyone made it very relaxing and as fun as you can make getting a filling! The staff is very patient and always made sure I knew what was going on, what was going to happen next and why! (These are all very important to me...especially when I do not know what to expect!) I had questions a few days later and the staff member who answered the phone took a lot of time to listen to me and talk! It is just wonderful how friendly, happy and caring the staff and Doctor are!
I would definitely recommend Bogey Hills Dental to people who are looking for a nice place to go! I guess it would also be important to note that the prices are also very fair and reasonable!

I love going to the dentist, my husband does not. After convincing him to get his teeth cleaned here, he used gas- which didn’t work and the experience was painful, he was told he needed a filling. Afterwards, he was in pain for weeks. He went back and after x-rays was told they drilled too far and now he needs a root canal and the tooth may be dying. They do not do root canals and now we will have to pay for that service from somewhere else.
I was also told after a cleaning that 2 of my fillings needed to be “touched up”. I wasn’t in pain before this but experienced pain for WEEKS afterwards. Hopefully I don’t need a root canal too...

I am so impressed with bogey hills dental is the best dentist in town. I needed an emergency extraction and they were able to get me in same day with no messing around. Other offices couldn’t get me in for a week or two and wanted an exam and then to return for my extraction in a week. When you’re in pain that’s not an option! And dr. Polllard was very professional and kind and understanding to my situation.
