I have never had such a good visit to the dentist. Scheduling was easy and quick. They verified my insurance right away. My hygienist Leslie was personable, caring and the best part informative. Other things that were outstanding during the visit were transparency about options to correct a couple issues as well as prevent some and they took the time to consider insurance options and timing which is awesome. After how pleasant this visit was we will be scheduling the rest of the family here too.

Bogey Hills Dental is a great Dental office! The staff and Dr. Pollard are always so nice and friendly. Leslie is the best dental hygienist! She is always profession, easy going and comfortable to converse with. I'm kind of picky about dentists and Bogey Hills Dental is in the top 2 (if not #1) of the dental office's I've ever been to and they are definitely the best I've been to in and around the Saint Charles area.

Initial Posting 2021 ----- Hello. I had my first visit with Bogey Hills Dental and I could not recommend them more. I followed Dr. Lauren Levin to this new practice location for her. The offices and exam rooms are quite nice. The office staff is great ... very helpful and courteous. It was also nice to meet Leslie (my dental assistant) as well as to see Lesley who moved along with Dr. Levin to this new practice location. Give them a try if looking for a new/change in dental services. I don't think you will be disappointed. Cheers.
Update Posting 2022.02.26 ----- I have continued to use Bogey Hills Dental and remain very satisfied. I have now worked with both Dr. Lauren Levin as well as Dr. Brandon Pollard. The are both excellent. Dr. Pollard has worked with me in putting together a couple of treatment plans as my dental needs and goals have changed. I appreciate the attention to detail and the support along the way to make sure I make the best decision for my needs. Again, if you haven't already, give Bogey Hills Dental a chance. Typically not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Pollard and Bogey Hills Dental are awesome! Today I had an extraction and implant. Dr. Pollard was very professional and provided superior service. The entire process only took a little over an hour with very minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Bogey Hills Dental.

I've been going to Bogey Hills dental for all my dental care for the past nine years, after many years of neglect. Dr. Pollard and his team had me back to full dental health in a timely and effective manner. The staff is always professional and friendly. Jill and Patty have done my recent cleanings... both are informative, thorough, and a true pros! Again, the entire staff is. And Dr. Pollard is perhaps the most skilled dentist I've ever had during my sixty years!

I am going to start by saying Dr. Brandon Pollard and his team are amazing. I would highly recommend them. I am so scared of the dentist like shaking in chair scared. The ladies in the office were so great they were general and caring. They understood my fear and didn’t make me feel bad about it. They let me get my grip and take a breath. They let me know what was gonna happen every step of the way. Brandon was also so understanding. Made me feel so comfortable. He reassured me that all will be ok and took great care of me. I will need lots of work done to my mouth due to health problems. If you are scared or worried please know that Brandon and the ladies that work for him are truly amazing, caring, kind and compassionate. You will be happy to keep going back to them. I am ready for my second visit and I know I will be in trusting capable hands. Thank you again Brandon for making me feel safe in your care. You don’t know how much that means to me.
