Bogey Hills Dental

Even though I was running late, the staff was quick to greet me and get me checked in. Immediately following I was checked in and taken to the room. The dental assistant was so knowledgeable and professional that I thought she was the dentist. She also did a great job of easing my anxieties. The appointment ended on time. The front office staff was very helpful in answering my insurance questions and working with my limited availability. Highly recommend.

Hello, this is my honest review of Bogey Hills Dental and Doctor Pollard and his staff. For those who read the first three lines only, He is amazing, Good people skills, He will actually listen to and discuss with the patient their options. He is up on the latest technology, and his staff seem to always bring their “A” game.
Now for the rest of us... details:

I came to Doctor Pollard's office with an infected tooth emergency. I was convinced the tooth had to be pulled For years I had been playing a game of “would you rather”, and my choices were being bitten by an angry dog or go to the dentist. I have seen my share of dental professionals, and was just no longer sure of the trust you need to have with them.

Tammie was my first contact. She called me a few times to set up an appointment since I was not a regular patient yet... She was soothing and informative. A very pleasant woman on the phone and she worked hard to set up an emergency appointment. I had offered her my insurance information over the phone so their office would be approved and ready the day I came in.
When I got there they had me enter in my personal information on a sign up computer station and once I had completed that initial event, I was led back fairly quickly to a waiting chair.

This staff is so smart and well trained in their profession. Doctor Pollard has assembled some of the most talented people and you understand the trust he has in them the longer you are exposed to them. Cathy was the assistant for that day. She had the x-ray taken and processed, I was prepared and ready for Doctor Pollard. He came in,introduced himself to me, examined the x-ray and tooth...and I was ready for let's take that out...

Nope... He stated “it is really infected”... He tested the tooth and said “I can save it if you want me to”.

Um what???? Yep, he can save it, and did. He went on to address the infection with a prescription, explained the insurance coverage to me since it was close to the end of 2018, and I got the root canal before the end of 2018. and the crown in 2019.
I have seen him again these past few months as he and his staff restore my teeth to showroom condition. I feel I have a team looking out for my tooth health. Doctor Pollard and Aimee are my in room team . Tammie is still my #1 source for communication and information, and others like Darlene and people I have not met yet are there to promote a healthy mouth.

I want to say, I don't typically remember names. But I am able to remember their names out of respect. This group is so talented. Who knew you could be happy with and excited to go see the dentist!

And as for my game of would you rather.... That dog better hope I don't have a bun and perhaps some chili next time. My teeth are becoming healthy and strong!

He is a great dentist. His staff is really sharp and ready. And just for the record, I don't like to offer a review, but for this group of professionals, I am more than happy to provide it. You will be in good hands here.

Everyone is always so nice and they are so gentle with cleanings. And they have late appointments on Wednesday which are perfect for me since I work late.

I wanted to say how incredibly sweet, caring and considerate Dr. Pollard and staff have been. My wife has had traumatic experiences with dentists in the past to the point where it was almost phobic. Because of that, I have been on guard with anything relating to dental treatment. After seeing Dr. Pollard's approach to her and her fears, I was actually able to relax and smile at how... just simply KIND he was. You don't see this often at many medical facilities and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Bogey Hills Dental. If you are in the same boat of fearing a cleaning or filling, even consultation, I urge you to consider Dr. Pollard and Bogey Hills Dental. You will not be disappointed with the level of service and support you receive. We will continue to go to Bogey Hills Dental for all our dental needs. :) Thank you, Dr. Pollard et. al!!!!

I always have a great experience at Bogey Hills Dental. Dr. Pollard is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Leslie did my cleaning and she was very nice and great at what she does. I recommend them to everyone I can.

First time here. They didn't do a million x-rays. Just the 6 needed. In the space I had a tooth pulled like 20 yrs ago, they didn't push an implant. Didn't push straightening my teeth. They cleaned and set appointment for 2 future fillings. Very nice and pleasant.

Leslie was the nurse that took care of me and she was excellent!! She was as gentle as she could be with what she was working with and answered all the questions that I've had. The facility was clean and they were very efficient.

Dr. Levin is so nice and super fast. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Had fillings done within a half hour! Convenient hours as well. I have never had to wait more than 5 mins in the waiting room. Highly recommend!

I contacted this office as a NEW patient that needed an emergency appointment. It was 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. They were booked for the night but understood my need to be seen. Not only did they squeeze me into their busy night - they were all kind and compassionate about it. I recieved a temporary fix until I could schedule a full appointment.

I appreciate everyone from the front desk who went above and beyond, dental assistant who was very kind and the Dentist Dr. Pollard for squeezing me in!
