University Dental Care

We have been patients of Dr Uelk for many years. When he retired he referred us to University Dental. We reside in St Charles and did not realize how far we had to travel. My dental hygienist was friendly and very thorough and gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr Mayfield was professional and pointed out some problems. I just wish you were closer to us. The older we get the farther things become.

The people to know the place to be.
For any an all your dental needs start a relationship with UDC. Believe me they take care of their own. If, you are their client they will not let you suffer they’ll have your back by supplying your needs. I woke up with a problem they worked me in. It was an abscess that needed attention. I feel better already.

This used to be my favorite dentist office. I’ve been going for about 5 years and I’ve referred a few friends. I’m not sure what happened, but the staff has become so rude. The front desk workers have bad attitudes. Pretty much every hygienist is rough on my mouth and are also rude. Honestly, the only nice people here are the actual dentists. Besides all of that, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS from this place. They’ve tried not once, but twice, to charge me for dental work that I paid for. So thankful that I kept the receipts to prove it. The fact that this has happened twice makes me think that there’s a pattern with this behavior. How many people are they sending false bills to? How many people are they actually swindling? I kept trying to give this place another chance. I thought hm, maybe the staff is just having a bad day etc. But then it just kept happening at every visit. It really bums me out that I have to find a new dentist office.

All of my visits have been delightful, if that makes sense; the staff are comforting & professional & helpful!!!

You seem like you make false claims to milk a person’s insurance. I’m waiting for my bill I already talked to my agent. I don’t trust you and your prices are ridiculous

Friday was the first time I had ever been to the dental office everyone was helpful and made you feel welcome. I have to thank Mel for telling me about her dental office. My transportation didn't show up and Mel was good enough to pick me up and take me back home. She's a definite asset to the company.

The staff are kind, professional, and patient whenever I call or come in for service. I appreciate the time my dentist takes to explain the process and his confidence in helping to make the experience less difficult even though it’s intense work.

The relaxed ambience of the office helps to lessen the anxiety associated with pain, and release as well as normal healing treatments, such as cleanup.

I had a crown that just didn't fit right with some irritation. The dentist redid the whole crown got me a new one, no charge.

Everyone is nice and they did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting my teeth. I’m glad I came here!
