Dr. Sable Muntean and her assistant Tiffany are the best. I am 60 years old and tried for many years to have that perfect smile. I had braces in my 20’s and when they came off it was not the look I was looking for. For the first time in my life, I can smile without trying to hide my teeth. The hard work and dedication that Dr. Muntean has for her patients is incredible. She is such a perfectionist and will not stop until you have that perfect smile, she thinks you deserve. Thank you, Dr. Muntean and Thank you, Tiffany. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation that I have towards the both of you. I plan on living the rest of my life smiling at others. Come on COVID get over so I can show off my perfect teeth. Love you guys, Lucia Kulp!

The hygienists and doctors at the facility are ultra helpful. They go the extra mile to educate you on the why of what they do and it's made all the difference in treating my cavities. Linda even taught me to properly floss! I'm thrilled with my goodie bag, it makes my visit worthwhile. Found this place on Groupon and although I don't live close it makes all the difference when I make the journey. Thanks UDC!

I was able to go in the same day I called for an appointment. Great, Dr. Alan made sure I did not experience pain. He filled my teeth and told me I did not need a root canal unless I started to feel pain. I asked if I needed a root canal will I have to pay additional fees. He said no he would take care of it. He placed the temporary crowns on the first visit. I maxed out my insurance for the X-ray,two feelings and crowns. I had to pay $1500+ in addition to the insurance... which I paid upfront. I had to go back to get my permanent crowns...they were not cemented in order to see if I would experience pain and I did. I had to schedule another visit. I went through hell to get another visit. I did not receive an appointment on the day I left and I called the office and spoke to Connie. She was NOT professional and was full of sarcasm. I told her there was no way I would have to wait until April to get an appointment. This had been on going since FEBRUARY!!! I only received an appointment as the office manager scheduled my appointment. I received a call stating the appointment was cancelled and I would be called to reschedule. No call... always have to chase the front office for answers, appointments etc. When I finally get in the office I was told by the Dr. Mundhenke and one of the assistants that they were in fact in the office and they do not know why they would cancel my appointment. Also stated they have been receiving complaints. I was told to come back once more. When I arrived I JUST KNEW I WOULD GET MY ROOTS REMOVED AS I WAS STILL IN PAIN!!! Not!!! Dr. Alan stated I would in fact need a root canal. He took a look at the X-ray and stated he would have to refer me to an Endodontist!!! There is no way I would go to anyone he is affiliated with!!! Initially I was told I he would do the root canal! He viewed the X-rays before the first procedure!!! He was aware that if I needed a specialist he would not be able to do the root canal!!! I should have had the option and he should have been upfront and honest. I would have NEVER WASTED MY TIME OR MONEY!!! I need additional work on my mouth that I was willing to pay out of pocket. I am BIG ON REFERRALS AS WELL!!! I WOULDN'T DARE REFER ANYONE OR SPEND ANOTHER DIME!!! Poor customer service and the staff act as if you are just a number!!! Never greeted and the young lady in front heck all of them need proper training!!!

My daughter and I had the best experience at University Dental Care.My daughter came into the office needing to get some teeth that had decayed rebuilt Dr. Alan did a marvelous job with taking care of her and making sure that all her needs were met. Dr. Alan did a wonderful job with getting my daughter teeth reconstructed Her teeth is beautiful She now smiles and this is a great deal to our family Thank you so much Dr Alan University Dental Care. I recommend if anyone needs a dentist University Dental Care is the best

Today I went in for the surgical implant procedure and I was extremely nervous at first. From trying to Google and YouTube videos on the procedure definitely psyched me out and almost had me backing out of the procedure. Dr. Muntean and her lovely assistant, Tiffany, eased my nerves and told me exactly what was about to happen and making sure I was doing good throughout the entire procedure. Let me tell y'all, if you are considering getting implants, this dental office and my doctor, Dr. Muntean, is AMAZING! It didn't hurt not one bit and when Dr. Muntean was numbing the area, she even went back for a little extra numbing since I was still able to feel the pinch. She is the best dentist I have ever experienced during the 23 years I have been on Earth. Thank you Dr. Muntean and Tiffany! You will forever have a loyal patient and if you move, I'm moving with you lol. Now let's bring on the crown!!

This is a very good dentist office.The staff is very helpful and they take really good care of your teeth. My family all goes here we receive excellent treatment..We will be having all our dental care done at this office.Everyone does their job with perfection.
