Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

I started having some discomfort a few days ago and called Brewer Dental this morning, they got me in just a couple hours later and were quickly able to determine the problem and set me for an appointment in the afternoon to fix the issue. Dr. Draayer was very informative and kind but also explained what had happened in a way I could understand. When I returned in the afternoon, I was set up with an awesome dental assistant named Alex, who sat with me and made me laugh through the whole procedure which really made a world of difference to someone who has a uneasiness in a procedure room. This was such a pleasant experience and i would recommend anyone here.

I had my first appointment today at brewer dental center in the height and let me say they were outstanding! Julia checked me in and out, she was so helpful.I was previously told I needed a root canal at a different dental office, Dr low. Was my dentist at brewer he came in did my exam and ensured me nothing is wrong with my teeth and that in fact did not even have a single cavity let alone a needing a root canal, My dental assistant was Tracy she made me feel so comfortable and let me know what each exam was and Necco did my cleaning and she was amazing!! Brewer has earned a new client.

Brewer Dental Center is awesome!!! I love that I can get my whole family in for their cleanings at the same time. Thanks to all the front desk for making scheduling easy and for Cassie, Kylie, and Lisa for cleaning our teeth and making it an awesome experience. We’ve had our teeth cleaned there by multiple hygienists and each one of them are fantastic. BDC has the best of the best. Thanks BDC!

Lacey made the experience much more pleasant than I was anticipating. She was very optimistic about the procedures I have ahead of me and provided me with the knowledge I needed to feel prepared. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful & Dr. Holloway is definitely someone who made me feel comfortable with something as scary as a root canal. I would recommend all my friends and family to make this their go to teeth place.

My very first experience with Brewer Dental Center was rather round about to say the least. Tuesday, 2/27/19, I found myself slamming on the breaks of my car to avoid a vehicle accident. Low & behold my lower jaw hit the steering wheel knocking 4 teeth lose, one even popping out. Now mind you, I’m not a spring chicken anymore, neither are my teeth.😊

Family pressure (Karen/Kimmy) had me at Brewers after 6:00 pm that evening. Within 30 minutes, my teeth were attended to by Dr Wilde & a young lady named Ashley. I was overwhelmed with the pleasant atmosphere, their immediate smiles, welcoming attitudes and much compassion about my situation ( no insurance ). After the procedure, I was walked to the reception area, introduced to staff, received a carnation, a lovely Brewer welcome package, as well as a immediate follow up appointment.

Fast forward to Monday 3/4/19. A follow up appointment for a comprehensive assessment of treatment moving forward. Dr Wilde and Amanda, were so kind, understanding, professional in explaining all possible options available to me. They both took a considerable amount of time with me, answering all of my questions and listening to my concerns.

It is with great admiration that I can highly recommend Brewer Dental Center, not only for their professional expertise in the field of dentistry, but for my experience of being welcomed into a pleasant environment and treated with the utmost of dignity and respect.

I came to Brewer Dental, in extreme pain and embarrassment. Everyone I encountered was very understanding and sympathetic. I felt completely comfortable with their care. In my 49 years, I have never felt more secure in my choice of a dentist. My whole family will be using them from here on out, even though it is a 2 hour drive. Dr. Shumway and his assistants are the best.

I was going to a different dentist my whole childhood and growing up there they always made rude comments and made me feel unwelcome. I then switched to Brewer dental center and was given a warm welcome!
They answered questions, making appointments is easy and they work with my insurance.

I was very nervous about going since for various reasons I had not gone for years ... I felt like I was treated like family!! I am so pleased !! I have been to lots of teeth related appointments in the past and usually have jaw pain ... Not here thank you!!

For the pediatric center the dentist and assistants are wonderful, very good with children.
We have seen Dr England with the orthodontic department and will definitely continue with him when our other daughter is ready for braces.
Scheduling gets a little frustrating sometimes, I've called to make appointments at the pediatric center and showed up to be told the kids were scheduled at the office across the parking lot. I've been in the office a couple times and heard this from other people too, so as long as you double check where they are scheduling you it works out fine.

This is one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. The front office staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. The dental assistants are always compassionate and I have had a great experience with Dr. Tokos. I usually have a lot of pain with dental procedures and she has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. I can't thank her enough. I will definitely be returning here for future dental care.
