The dentist the hygenist and staff were all great! I was a bit anxious and upset about other things they helped keep me calm were very compassionate and kind. Then we were going to do a root canal and crown. Couldn't because my tooth was not repairable. Was cracked. He did a fantastic job. Both giving me the shots and extraction of the tooth were painless. Was impressed! I've not always been the best customer can in fact be a big grouch to people there but they've always treated me calm kind and compassionate. My treatment there is by far the best I've ever experienced at a medical facilitiy.. Five stars for sure!!!!

I was warmly greeted and cared for by the front desk and staff right away! Dr. Brewer was so nice, skilled and SO fast. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire visit. I never thought a trip to the dentist could be as enjoyable as a day at the spa! I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks Brewer Dental Center!!

Words cannot describe how good our experience has been with Brewer Dental. We had required significant dental work (implants) and it was going to be VERY costly. We live in Great Falls and a local (very good and respected) dentist quoted a price (variance from a low of $ to high of $$$) in giving the estimate. It was so scary and undetermined price-wise that we entertained the idea of Dental Tourism in Costa Rica. I was able to get and firm and solid price from a well rated provider in C.R.; however we still had the insecurity and concern with a 'third world' dental visit and inability to act on any warranty or complication.
I did research within the State of Montana and found that Dr. Brewer's practice was highly rated and continually got the best reviews on each and every website which allowed rating of Dental providers! My biggest concern was that the price would still be prohibitive and I almost didn't call, thinking that such a major and high rated practice would be out of reach cost-wise.
I called and spoke to a representative of Dr. Brewer's practice and asked a very subjective question about cost, based on the services already deemed needed by our local dentist. I was surprised when I was directed to talk with Dental Asst. Crystal who took the time to talk with me and was very patient with re: my concerns. When asked about the prices, Crystal went above and beyond what other providers were willing to do and gave me a 'rough' quote based on a recent patient they had with similar dental needs ( of course, not providing patient bio info). Crystal reduced our concerns and gave us the needed boost to make the trip to Billings for the first (free) consultation. This is the best leap of faith we have ever taken. Pier was so amazing also in detailing a line-by-line cost analysis for the procedure and letting us know exactly where the money is spent. The price was amazing.
In giving me a more certain ballpark quote of price based on a known case which had already been billed by their office, I was amazed that Dr .Brewer would be able to do the procedures for 1/2 price of our area dentist.... Why?? Because they do so many of these procedures, are all inclusive (surgery and application of implants and all work) done in one setting at one time by once skilled doctor, and genuinely focus on patient needs and the goal of making these procedures accessible to all people, not just the wealthy .
Dr. Brewer himself did the procedure which also made us feel secure, since he is the man who has created the success of his practice.
The work is done (follow up still needed) and we are pleased above and beyond what we could have expected. Thanks so much

I've been going to Brewer's for almost 19 years and I am always pleased! Tammy is fantastic as my hygienist. Everyone is friendly and caring, I've never had any issues. Always recommend them!

I was experiencing discomfort in the form of a loose tooth.I made an appointment for next week. That same day a few hours later they called and informed me of an opening. I was treated the same day.

Having come to Brewer Dental Center last year for a consult on getting dentures, I was privileged to speak with Kevin Brewer himself. He spoke with me about how he didn't think I needed dentures, and that he could help me keep my teeth, straighten my front upper teeth, and drastically improve my smile. All of this would have been academic without financing, but then they found just that for me, and at a rate I could afford to repay. Kevin not only treated me with respect and honesty, he kept my partner informed throughout my treatment, and greatly impressed her with his attitude and concern. So much so that she just recently went to him for a procedure of her own. We eagerly travel from Sheridan Wyoming, and never hesitate! Without any doubt, Brewer Dental Center is the finest dental organization we have ever encountered!

Kaycee was and is so sweet and kind. She talks with you and remembers you from visit to visit. She is always checking in with you during the process to make sure you are doing okay. She makes going to the dentist almost fun, but still worth it. Dr. Low is very kind, and professional as well. He explained things well, and I did not feel rushed or just another number. I also appreciated how he treated his co-workers, that speaks volumes for him as a person.

I got a deep cleaning and later found out that it wasn't done correctly. And they want the same person to redo the cleaning. Which I said no. Then I went for the cleaning and it was not the deep cleaning I had paid for.
