Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

Staff is very friendly and cares for your needs. If you have an appointment at this time that is when they take you in, not a lot of sitting around waiting to be seen. Very pleasant experience especially for someone who was long overdue for dental work.

I had to write and say how much I like Dr. Low. I have always had a fear of the dentist office because no matter what, shots etc. are painful for me. He did a good job of making that part a lot less painful. I will always ask for Terra to be at my appointments. She was so kind and patient. She tells you everything she is doing and puts you at ease. She is gentle and so considerate! I had a very pleasant visit today for the final crown put on. Because of her, I am going to feel much better about coming for regular visits . They make a great team. Again Terra, thank you so much.

The people here are typically very nice however I've a small problem with the scheduling. My son had an appointment for a filling. The day of said appointment arrives and hes got a rather strong cough that I thought perhaps it best to call and reschedule. Long story short, the appointment offered to me as "next available" wasn't til MAY 25th. Shocking really...needless to say I kept the time slot we had and hope my kiddo will be ok in the cough department. So much could go wrong with dental in that span of time. Sad weve got to weigh out what is worse.

Brewer Dental Center is the only dental office I've been to since moving to Billings in 2014. From the first visit, I appreciated their easy appointment schedule and their hours that accommodate those of us who work during the weekdays. Everyone in the office is fantastic at both locations. The front desk staff is friendly, and the billing staff is always pleasant and makes insurance and payments seem straightforward. Of course, the dental assistants and doctors are fantastic. Both my husband and I have had nothing but great appointments here. I recommend Brewer to everyone looking for a new dentist.

I couldn't imagine a more perfect experience going to Brewer's Dental Center! I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and luckily my dentist new exactly what he was doing and was able to get my jaw to unlock after he removed all my wisdom teeth. Every one I met there were very caring, funny, wonderful people and Im happy they are who I went to.

Had a tooth needing an emergency extraction, called around town and they were the only ones that could do so same day. Hour later was removed with no pain or issues, best night of sleep I had in awhile.

Not a fan of going to the dentist. Finally had a great experience. Susan the hygienist was awsome. she helped me get over a lot of my fears

Extremely nice and down to earth. Also said they could fix everything my last dentist said they wouldn't .. so thankful.
