Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

Dr Shumway was very quick to prescribe me several root canals that felt unnecessary. I got the work I needed done elsewhere without root canals and am fine without his expertise. And no wonder, I've seen it on display with my wife whose bite has not been the same ever since she had a crown put on by him. Instead of fixing the crown they insisted on grinding all of her other teeth into strange angles as if their own work was above question. Her bite has gotten more and more uncomfortable with each correction and yet the crown they put on her shumhow remains beyond scrutiny.
Shameful.

Everyone was great. I have an infection and antibiotics were prescribed. Monday I have appointment with my regular dentist. Brewer office was great

I had an emergency with a broken tooth for a few days, and on the weekend it was so unbearable that I was desperate to find a dentist for after hrs care. I called all listed dentist in the area and even the ER and had no luck until I called Brewer Dental emergency line, the on call receptionist was great at doing all she could to get me I'm touch with one of their dentist, within 5 minutes of talking with receptionist I received a call from Brewer Dental dentist, after explaining what kind of misery I was in with major nerve pain they also thought I could be getting an infection, they called one of their Dental assistants for help and had me in their office at 8pm at night on saturday to do the tooth extraction. Yes I had to pay extra for the after hrs extraction, but the service and sincerity I received from Brewer Dental staff was amazing, they took their time cause I was really tense and anxious with the pain I was in and they did their job great, we had a few laughs afterwards they were amazing and I will always recommend them for any kind of Dental work. Really a great company I will continue to see myself and recommend.

Every staff member from the phone call to set up appt, the front desk, hygienist, and dentist were extremely professional and kind. They hygienist took the extra time with XRs, and the dentist read my chart before arriving and listened to concerns, and how they pertain to my medical history. Very satisfied.

I had the BEST teeth cleaning I have ever had. Susan made the experience very pleasant with making sure all my needs and preferences were met. The cleaning was virtually painless and I was done before I knew it. Thank you Susan, at West end BDC, for being so fun. I can't wait till my next cleaning with you.

A portion of the filling of an upper molar fell out one night. I called the next day and I had an appointment in 2 days. I was in the dentist chair at 0830 and after Dr Homer looked at the problem he told me I needed a root canal and a crown. I asked him if it could be done by 11:00 . I told him I was only in town for the day and it was a five hour drive home and my sister was with me and not feeling well. It was a tremendous amount to ask of him because he had other patients besides myself. Much to the credit of he and his assistant they had the root canal done and were in the process of making the crown when I left at 11:30. They allowed me to leave and get my sister and come back and then they placed the new crown! They went out of their way to squeeze me in and do all in one day so that I didn’t have to drive back to Billings a second time. I am grateful for all they did and I want to make sure they know I appreciate their efforts. Thank you.

My dental heigenist was the best I have ever had. Such a bubbly and positive person. She actually cares and listens to what you say. I will not go to anyone else.

Dr. Wilde in the adult office graciously agreed to perform six needed extractions for my 9-year-old when no pediatric dentists (including his regular dentists) in town could fit him in for months, too late for his urgent orthodontic needs. Everyone involved was kind, gentle, and patient. They provided my kiddo with a warm blanket and nitrous oxide and spoke to him with dignity and respect (something often missing in pediatric offices who tend to treat even older kids like babies). This was by far the best extraction experience my son has ever had. I hope that this office can perform all the extractions my kid will need in the future.

I had an 8AM appointment, and only waited for a minute or two in the clean and comfortable waiting area before being taken back for my teeth cleaning. Kylee was my hygienist, and she is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, efficient and honest in her recommendations. I would highly recommend Brewer Dental Clinic to anyone. They also have a very convenient text reminder service before appointments. I just wish they had their pediatric services back up and running, because my 4-year-old son loves going here, too!

I have been going to Brewer Dental since 2009. They continue to have the best customer service practices at all contacts, whether in person or on the phone. They are quick to respond and never a surprise. I travel 120 miles from Wyoming to get their top notch care.
