Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

I'm not sure how they manage to be so amazing all the time, but I always walk away so impressed with their service, skill, and friendliness. They have several times made small adjustments to my fillings and didn't charge me even for a visit. My kids also go to BDC and they are always relaxed and comfortable and only associate the dentist with the little toys they get afterwards.

I had the privilege of going to BDC's free day of dental care on Feb.15th. It was a wonderful experience! The staff working that day were so friendly and some were even funny. Everyone was so kind. The cleaning I received was long overdue so it was tremendous to walk out of that fun atmosphere smiling with shining teeth!

I absolutely love this place. Although difficult to get into sometimes they are very quick to get you to the back and get your needs taken care of. The staff is caring and always makes sure to check up on their patients no matter what procedure is occurring. I had a tooth extracted from here and I am very pleased with how little pain or damage was done to my mouth. I recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing dentist and crew.

I started going to Brewer within the last year. My first time getting fillings done in their office did not go well though & there were a lot of unexpected complications. So, when I needed to go in for a crown & more fillings last week, I was pretty anxious. But, I met Dr. Holloway's Dental Assistant, Cheyenne right away & she was so nice! She genuinely listened to my concerns & knew exactly what to do. Though Dr. Holloway is my regular Dentist, this was the first time he had done work on my teeth. He naturally put me to ease & his professionalism is top notch. Dr. Holloway proved right away that he knew what he was doing. His calm demeanor & frequently asking if I was alright really helped me to trust him. Cheyenne & Dr. Holloway are now my dream team as they not only work great together, but took incredible care of me. The nitrous did its job to keep me calm & relaxed! After the work was done with zero complications, Cheyenne made sure that the nitrous was completely out of my system. She also very carefully went over my after care instructions. I have never met a Dental Assistant who was as knowledgeable, professional, personable & communicated as clearly as Cheyenne. I will make sure that I have my dream team again if I need more work done in the future. Great job Brewer for all you did to give me a positive experience & I hope to remain a loyal patient for years to come!!!!

Taylor was my hygenist she was fast and efficient. I didnt feel judged and it was a great cleaning. Than i was able to cross over to get my cavity filled with Shila and Dr Wilde. They explained everything and were very welcoming. Id give my visit 100%

My review is the the billing department only as I had a pleasant in person experience at this location. However I was never notified that my insurance for whatever reason did not cover my procedure and nobody from this establishment tried to contact me about the bill being left unpaid (as I was told and thought it was covered by insurance). No bill in the mail, no email, no phone call to let me know that I owed them money. Now over a year and half later I randomly run my credit report and found out they sent my bill to collections.
This is ridiculous because I would have paid right away if they had even tried to contact me and now I have a big drop on my credit score because their billing department couldn’t be bothered to even send an email.

I called in the morning and they got me in that same afternoon. I had to have an emergency tooth pulled and Dr. Hansen was absolutely amazing. Very kind and sympathetic to the pain I was feeling. He was fast and efficient. I would recommend Brewer Dental over and over to anyone looking for the best dental center I have ever been to!

I have an extreme fear of dentists and it showed but dr. Wilke and his assistant were AMAZING and did everything they could to make em comfortable and even laugh. They also helped me to make a plan to get everything I needed fixed with detailed explanations so I wouldn’t feel so anxious and afraid for my next visit! It was the BEST experience I have ever had in a dentist chair and he pulled 3 of my teeth so that is saying a lot!

I have been with Brewer for years now and have never been so disappointed in my experience as I was Yesterday. I took my 12 year old in for a cleaning which ended up being an almost 3 hour visit which is fine I was just not prepared for it. I had my 1,2 and 3 year old with me. Towards the end they got a little restless and just stopped listening. I was parked right in front of the doors so I put them in the car while it was running and locked. I stood by the doors to keep an eye on them, the whole time the front receptionist Lauren or Laura kept giving me dirty looks and shaking her head and would go back and whisper to other people while they would stare at me. I've never been so humiliated in my life. I put my children in the car because they were being so loud and I did not want to disrupt their work. I believe the other lady at the front was named Heather and she was fabulous! After all 3 of my children's treatment plans are up I will be finding a new dentist. I love the team of dentist but those ladies at the front ruin it for me.

The entire Billings office is very welcoming and competent. Everyone from the receptionist and the dentist, to the billing dept were professional and friendly. They were able to set up payments for my portion, after insurance, which was a big help. When I had an issue with my account, Celeste, in the billing dept, went above and beyond. She listened to the situation, researched it, and was able to get everything taken care of for me. Thank you so much!
