Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

Fabulous experience! I had an emergency issue where one of my back molars split in half from chomping on popcorn. I called and it was magical from the first connection to the very fast outcome. They didn’t know me, as I wasn’t a prior patient, and yet the treated me with amazing service. They wet so patient , warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable - from reception to doctor they treated me with the upmost care. They knew I had a business trip within 5 days and they were able to handle my emergency in that short time frame - absolutely amazing! The cost was reasonable - I would have paid double. This is the dentist office everyone should go to if they want the right experience wrapped compassion and expertise. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

Dr. Wilde is one of the most easygoing and chill dentists. He is such a compassionate person that truly wants to do right by your smile. I’ve also laughed so much in his office and felt at ease in his care along with his whole team. I have had such a positive experience with all of them.

I have seen many Dentists at BDC, and have never had one that wasn’t very nice. They have the very best and newest tools, so their procedures are quick and painless.
They pulled my Son’s wisdom teeth out, and he did very good. No pain afterwards.

I had no appointment, but was in pain. Brewer Dental got me in and fixed what I needed to have done. The Dentist and his assistant were awesome as they always are. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

While both the dentists I had seen were amazing, Holloway and Wilde, the heights had me go to their other location only to be informed that Dr. Holloway didn't have time, not his fault. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in that day for an extraction. Dr. Holloway's bed-side manner was amazing and Dr. Wilde was only the 2nd dentist in almost a decade that got me numb for a procedure.

First timer here and hands down my favorite dental office in town. The front desk staff was extremely professional, polite and welcoming.
Dr Homer is now the reason for making this my family office.

So this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My husband love the doctors over here but all the front desk ladies aren’t nice at all. Every time we come here, they screw something up with insurance. Totally lack of experience. We don’t feel comfortable to come to Brewer anymore and for that money we don’t deserve to be screwed up and treated like that. This will be our last visit.

Tayler was great at keeping me calm. She was kind and attentive if I had any pain. I felt relaxed and much calmer; I have anxiety and panic attacks and it can be very uncomfortable for me. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

The Dr was very nice and took care of the issues I was having.

They both listened to my concerns and I was very please with the service they both provided.
