The office staff is friendly; however, I do question this office's devotion to cleanliness. The XRAY machine and the observation light were dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Secondly, my hygienist continually dropped items on the floor. After being in the chair for 90 minutes, the dentist spent about 60 seconds with me.

Everyone in the office is super friendly. I was in and out, and was actually squeazed in this day. Having Medicaid, I've went 5 years with no dental care because no one accepts this insurance. I'm already super appreciative of him, his office, and the work they do. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

Dr. Rosser has been my dentist for many years and is one of the best, if not the best, dentist I have ever had. I have been particularly impressed by his diagnostic abilities and his gentle touch during the procedures. He is very humble, when he is not sure, he seeks outside advice. In my opinion, he does only necessary and indicated procedures. His entire staff have the same qualities. For all these reasons I rate him and his staff the maximum rating possible rating.

I have never found a dentist that is genuinely compassionate, kind, while also being gentle until going to this practice. Dr. Soren Loftus is the one of the only dentists I have ever gone back to see regularly, and I’ve needed (and still need) a lot of work done. His team is great and I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor and the entire practice. Dr. Soren is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Can’t thank him enough!

Dr. Rosser is the first dentist I’ve had who takes the time to calmly explain everything he is doing as he works on your teeth, whether it’s a tiny cavity, a cracked molar, or a crown. I actually enjoy going to the dentist knowing I am well-cared for with the most up-to-date dental technology and know-how fortified with years of expertise. Awesome experience! The best dental service ever! The enamel microabrasion procedure was excellent! I am thrilled so far with the attention to detail and the results. The staff are very friendly and they hold a high standard of professionalism. The well experienced Dr. Rosser and his team are all excellent. They treat you very well, and are there to answer any questions you might have. Their facility is also great, they have top notch equipment and the office space is very well put together. After a couple of decades of experiencing nothing but the very best and most gentle dental care I have ever encountered I keep recommending my all time favorite dentist to my friends by saying that Dr. Rosser is not just a dentist - he really is an artist when it comes to repairing issues in your mouth. For example, getting crown work done by Dr. Rosser is quite the experience since he will not be satisfied until everything is just perfect - and I mean perfect! Ditto on everything else he does with your teeth. Also important: he maintains some of the best dental hygienists and front office staff in town - and they stay long term.
