Bitterroot Dental

I’ll start with the fact that I hadn’t gone to see a dentist in almost 10 years and I found Bitterroot Dental through a google search and saw the great reviews… they weren’t lying! Dr. Duke, Sydney and the entire staff are extremely friendly and upbeat which made me feel extremely comfortable. I had an extra tooth that started coming through and knew I needed some help. After Dr. Duke saw me for an evaluation, Sydney at the front gave me a full break down of what needed to happen along with pricing, with and without insurance, so I could be prepared for the extraction and costs. Skip forward to now; I opted to not be put under, to be awake for it, and I was very nervous. Dr. Duke and the staff were extremely kind and patient when numbing my gums and mouth, which I didn’t feel at all, and after I was fully numbed he started the extraction. It took literally under 20 seconds, not even an exaggeration (obviously that won’t be for all situations/people). I honestly couldn’t be more impressed or satisfied with something that otherwise would be unpleasant experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thank you to Bitterroot Dental (the whole staff), truly!

I have been there for the first time today and I certainly will be back. The office staff were friendly and helpful, the location was easy to find with plenty of parking. Obviously things were kept clean and they were well organized. You can reach them via call and text. They laid out the pricing easily and without pressure. They were understanding and didn't make me feel embarrassed for my dental issues. I was able to get a filling repaired and it was very fast, painless, and looks and feels great. They were funny and I got to listen to many good stories while I was getting my work done. I am looking forward to getting my future dental work done - and that says a lot!

Absolutely fabulous! Words can not even begin to describe how wonderful Dr. Duke and his amazing staff are! Dr. Duke is thorough and efficient while also being kind and encouraging, not to mention his glowing personality! I would strongly recommend him to anyway who feels anxious about going to the dentist, he's fantastic! I'm actually, for the first time in my life, looking forward to my next visit!

If your having a hard time deciding which dentist is right for you, look no more! Dr. Duke and his staff are the most professional and compassionate. Not once did I feel judgement passed. I really appreciated the sit down after the appointment to discuss future costs of treatment. It was very well done, no pressure, and I left feeling like there was no need to stress because there was no guessing as to what pricing would be. Straightforward and honest. I really loved that part. In addition, both the technician and the Doc were very clear in their communication and extremely polite in their actions. I also hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years and expected some shaming for that. I received none, they made me feel at ease. By far the best experience I've had at a dental office and they've definitely earned my future business.

I would recommend this office to anybody and everybody! They listen, they care, and after many years of pain and unhappiness with my mouth, Dr. DUKE fixed it with my wishes not his!!!

I cannot say enough good things about every single person I met during my visit! I had to get in for emergency treatment and they scheduled me promptly, when I arrived I was given a friendly greeting, completed my paperwork, got in the exam room had my examination quickly. All costs were clearly explained and approved before treatment. The treatment was fast and Dr. Duke made sure I was comfortable. Veronica was fantastic at explaining every step, and how to take care of myself after. Costs were reasonable. Brittany and Sydney were so nice also. Overall, I felt very well cared for. From a person who has always had dentist anxiety, I can say I would 10/10 recommend! I will definitely go to Bitterroot Dental for all my future care.

Dr. Duke does good work! Friendly atmosphere. All the office staff and assistants are great. Would recommend. ADDITION: Had a crown come of on Thursday and he, no problem, met me at the office and fixed my tooth on his day of! Great service and great work!

Nothing about a root canal is a 5-star experience, but somehow Dr. Duke and his staff make it about as decent as it can be. I appreciate the time, attention to detail, and obvious care for the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Duke's office for your dental needs.

The whole staff at Bitterroot dental is friendly and professional. I absolutely hate getting dental work done in general, but they make it as painless as it can be. The ladies at the front are very sweet and always willing to answer my questions.
