This office has alot of trainees and they aren't very efficient. The front desk staff doesnt listen to concerns and argues with the patients if you bring an issue to their attention. They are not accountable. Find another dentist office.

I recently had a dental emergency and went in for an evaluation. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant through to the doctor I was taken care of with 100% priority! I'm a veteran with severe PTSD and during the xrays and exam they made sure I was comfortable and even comforted me when I had a slight anxiety attack. I want to thank you all for the support, not every profession can deal with military, especially those with anxieties. Met a fellow Veterans spouse who is the implant coordinator, who helped to make the visit stress free. Thank you! Please contract with the local Veterans Administration for Vets that need to be seen in the community!

Had to have front tooth pulled due to my dog hitting me. The mold they made was with my old tooth broke and hanging down.
The person who made the mold informed me he had just started doing this.
They made a invisoline type retainer to use until the temp tooth is made. This is when I became concerned. My front tooth just been pulled and this kid says “ here is you retainer type tooth till we made the temp. I had to insist that we make sure it fits with no issues. As I suspected there were all kinds of issues including the tooth hanging down over 1/4 in below all my other teeth. I had to insist again they make that even with the rest of my teeth. It was awful. But finally after over an hour of adjustments I received the Invisalign that was decent. I had to insist on it.
I asked when the temp was going to be ready? I was told 3 days just come by and pick it up. I showed up 3 days later, it was NOT ready. Then again give them 2 more days. I did that, agsin I came back and NOT ready. I even called on the third time to make sure.
So i cane in for the retainer tooth, this had to last over a year till the implant is ready. It DIDN’T fit they didn’t pour it right or make the mold right, it didn’t fit in the roof of my mouth. I couldn’t talk, swallow. It was so bad so then they sent the dentist in, she tells me I can fix this. How do you fix a temp retainer that was poured to fit the inside of my mouth plus agsin the tooth that was broken and hanging down agsin 1/4 in. below the rest of my teeth.
This lady dentist tells me “ it will have to do for a year, you will get used to it”. I had to take it out of my mouth to talk to her and ask her “No I don’t I’m not walking around with this hanging in my mouth and have to take it out to talk. I asked for it be re-made or even another Invisalign. Oh yeah pay for their mistake at $136.00. and another $136.00 for the 2nd Invisalign. I said No on both. The dentist walked up front with me told them at desk it didn’t work and NO charge.
Next thing I know they have put it in my credit report as NON-PAY and sent it to collections.
This is the WORST dentist in my left they I have been too.
I will post this everyday until they correct the collection on my credit report.
