When I made an appointment I stated specifically what I needed done and thought I was going in for a general cleaning with more work to be scheduled at another time. After being put in the dentist chair I was then told the hygienist was at lunch and Dr would be in to look at my concerns (which I needed done within a 3 week period). After the exam here they come with a treatment plan which didn't include any of what I made the appointment for. Being a pushover in the dentist chair I made another appointment for what they wanted to do and going home to think about it I came to the realization that while what they scheduled was work that did need to be done (later) it didn't address my immediate concerns so I called and cancelled the appointment. They also ran my credit without asking permission and wouldn't give me another appointment for the cleaning I thought I had scheduled without the dentist permission. Bait and switch and yes I am a little slow and a sucker in the dentist chair but that doesn't excuse what was done. If it was done to me I know it has to be their modus operandia and I DO NOT LIKE TO BE 'HANDLED'.

I was very scared of the dentist, but Rocksprings Dental definitely changed that for me. They make me feel so comfortable and welcome at every appointment. Dr. Toop is the best!!

Thw staff are very friendly. However i encountered a negative situation that in which they made no attempt to remedy.
My crown came off on my old tooth. I was told I need a root canal. I was adamant about having it pulled but felt pressured into getting root canal on a tooth that had probably already ran it's course. I agreed with root canal, signed a contract and paid $1100 after insurance.
They allowed me to make payments. Mid contract I had financial troubles and asked if I could cancel the request for crown. I was told the crown was already made & had to pay. They wont work with you until your account is seriously delinquent. I paid the full balance.
I went to get the crown on and was told the tooth needed to be pulled. They would not give me a partial refund. Just said sorry. I asked them to give me the crown anyway because I was told it was already made and I would carry out the crown in my hand. I was then told the crown was never made. Even though it wasn't made yet I still had to pay for it. After hesitation they made me the crown and I left the office with it in the bag and a hole in my tooth.
By the way, they don't pull teeth or do root canals, it's all outsourced so you have to make another appointment to come back. I explained that I felt there was an ethical concern and I would not return. They still made no attempt to remedy the situation.
They are really nice but there's an ethical concern which I should have recognized red flags. While waiting in lobby for previous appointments you can hear them talking to patients on the phone explaining they need root canals. I thought that was a pretty high rate of patients needing root canals. My coworker had to have one too.
I believe they tell you, you need a root canal when you really don't. Stay away from this place. My dental insurance company does not recommend this place either.

I have been going to this location for years and had a great experience. Unfortunately this location has a high turnaround of staff, dentists, and hygienists. I went today and found out that my favorite hygienist was no longer at this location. I got a cleaning from the dentist that I could have done it better on my own. I paid a significant amount of money for a dentist not do a good job and it took him less than 15 min to do.

I would strongly discourage anyone who needs serious dental work to go to Rocksprings Dental Group. Their business model is all about upselling and there's little to no concern about the long term dental health of their patients. I've had four dentists, including 2 specialists, work on my tooth and have been unable to get a straight answer as to why my tooth went from needing a crown to needing a root canal to needing being extracted within a span of 3 months. If your teeth are important to you, avoid at all cost.
Update: one year later, I still have problems due to botched root canal therapy I received at Rocksprings Dental Group. My experience with Rocksprings Dental wasn't one star kind of bad but suing them for malpractice kind of bad.
Update: two years later, I'm left with permanent swelling in my face and permanent numbness on the right side of my mouth due to the root canal therapy I had at Rocksprings Dental Group. Avoid at all cost.

The hygienist scraped along my gum line too hard damaging eight teeth. Within a very short period of time I had cavities along my gum line and the dentist said they couldn’t be filled.
I was a loyal customer because I hate finding new dentists and thought we would somehow work this out. Instead, when I made my next appointment to form a plan of action, Jamie Toop had her assistant call me and tell me she didn’t want to see me anymore.
The reason she gave was that because I can READ HER MIND she is too uncomfortable to have me as a client. I know this sounds ridiculous but I actually have a recording where they tell me this. I was totally shocked at this behavior and would not recommend this office nor its staff to anyone.
My beautiful teeth have been permanently damaged.

Absolutely horrible. Went in for a crown and this is the least professional office I've ever been to in my life. No Post- op Instructions, and still in pain

I've been going here for years. Recently had 4 teeth pulled, 7 fillings, and a partial denture. Great dentists, very nice and willing to work with you on price. They also offer interest-free payment plans and accept most insurance. They have my business for life.
