Dr Tran, Rocksprings Dental, is simply amazing!! He is so compassionate and understanding. He listens to all your concerns, and explains everything completely before any work is done. I’m so pleased with him and the entire staff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly!

Let me preface this by saying I have always disliked going to the dentist 😩 However, I’m thankful that all my visits to Rocksprings Dental Group have always turned out to be a pleasant experience. Today I had my cleaning, which went smoothly, and pain free without a hitch. Dr. Berger and her assistant were friendly and AMAZING from start to finish. In addition to performing my cleaning, Dr. Berger was able to fix my partial, which has been giving me pain for years every time I attempt to wear it. She also provided a solution for my chipped tooth, and gave me options to assist in trying to remedy my teeth clinching issue. I highly recommend this dental office.

My mom has been a patient of this office since 2017. She had multiple crowns and root canals done. She is in the process of an implant and I just want to say that the staff is friendly, the doctor is great and the assistants are so gentle. I read some of these reviews and I mean, let’s be realistic now… I get that there are some people who don’t like to wait for their appointments, but in reality just like everything else no business can get you in on time whether it is a doctor’s office, a restaurant, or a hospital... so even if we have to wait 30 minutes to be seen, we should. What I love about this office is they make you feel like family. They know your names and make you feel comfortable. My mom is over 65 years old and I trust this office and their staff to help my mom get the best smile she can.

This is the best dental office ever. My whole family comes here and we all love the staff. Always so fun and accommodating. From dentures, implants, bridges and wisdom teeth extractions, they've taken care of it all.

This place was absolutely terrible. For starters, I called and asked the receptionist if they were able to perform only cleanings. She answered yes, and thus, I made an appointment. Upon my arrival, she just turned a computer screen in my face briefly explaining what each e-document was entailing. When the one about X-rays came up, she said that it would be $49. I replied that I was told I could get come in to get a cleaning. She responded that it was included within the $49 package. Consequently, I decided to push forward with my appointment. Once the X-rays were taken and I went into one of the rooms, the hygienist/dentist walked in and informed me that my mouth was essentially falling apart. She said that I had six loose teeth, was in need of a crown on the bottom left side of my mouth and deep cleanings on each quadrant of my mouth, and required gum surgery due to extreme recession of my gums. When asked what I wanted to do, I said that I only wanted a cleaning since I was leaving Vegas the following night. Additionally, I informed her that I had a deep cleaning a year ago, was in no pain, and had no bleeding at any time. She said that she could not give me an ordinary cleaning because it did not address the diagnostic issue. When, once again, I said that I was leaving Vegas and did not want to set up future appointments for any of these self-proclaimed issues, she grew irritated and just walked out of the room. Some guy came in afterward and asked me what I wanted to do, and a bit laughingly, I responded that I only wanted a cleaning. He said they could not carry through with it. I asked for my $1 (as I was originally told that they did not have any change until the receptionist found $1 in quarters and I told her to keep it for herself) back and vacated the premises. The next day, I went there to pick up my X-rays so I could bring them to my hometown dentist. I told the receptionist that she should learn to listen to what people ask, instead of getting so annoyed and trying to rush through everything. She just played the whole politically correct BS card acting like she cared, although it was abundantly clear that she did not. With all being said, to be completely fair, I do not think that this dentistry completely lied to me. I do have ample recession in my gums and have needed a deep cleaning before. Also, they were not lying in the sense that they can refuse to give you a regular cleaning if it does not meet their diagnostic standards. However, they were extremely over-exaggerative in the magnitude and extension of my problems. When I arrived home, my dentist told me that nothing new had occurred and they proceeded with performing an ordinary cleaning. In conclusion, my biggest criticisms with Rocksprings Dental lay in their highly misleading dialogue and extreme utter carelessness. It very much felt like a money grab, using legal loopholes and policies. I would not trust this place for a minute and I would strongly urge people to either steer completely clear from here, or proceed with extreme caution in dealing with these clowns.
