Gentle Dental Reno NorthWest

Dr. Dilan is the BEST dentist our family has ever had. He is such a perfectionist (sometimes it is not a good trait) but it is an excellent trait for a dentist! We had Dr. D when he was at the Moana location, but moved over to the Northwest office when Gentle Dental opened their office there and he was the dentist. He is extremely gentle and even my mom (who is terrified of dentists) loves him. He has an A+ staff, Jane is his hygienist and she is really good too. Raul is at the front desk and he knows so many of the patients by name. The assistants that help Dr. D are also very kind and patient. Office is extremely clean (it is new), there is plenty of parking right in front, so if you can't walk far, you don't need to worry. If you are shopping around for a dentist, I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Lin is the best dentist! Recently, Dr Lin took over practice at Gentle Dental. He’s personable, professional, and just the person you need caring for your teeth. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable. Great breakdown of what you’re paying for and what are priorities in your dental care. You might remember him from the office at Sparks Marina Dentistry.. Definitely worth moving offices to follow Dr. Lin.

Dr. Lin was so amazing and nice he explained my concerns very well. I must add that he is very gentle which is a major plus for me. He even played some of my favorite music!! The whole office staff are just wonderful!!! So if anyone is looking for an Amazing dentist please please see Dr.Lin

When we started going to gentle dental NW everyone was great. My son needed a retainer, which I paid for the service upfront. A year after and continuing on to two years I'm getting a bill saying I owe money. For what? The bill says insurance adjustment. I paid in full before the treatment!!! Feels like they are just trying to get more money out of us because we no longer go there. We moved to a different dentist where we are not overcharged and a lot happier.

Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they really make you feel welcomed. Dentist and assistants do amazing work really awesome at making you feel comfortable and no pain! Hands down one of the best Dentist in town. Keep it up guys

This office should just put a sign on the door that says for whites only . I was in that office for 30 minutes, did the paper work, gave the insurance info.
The receptionist came back to tell me they are having internet problems so cannot verify my insurance so l asked if need to reschedule she said no she will verify
My insurance later l will be seen shortly, then l saw two white patients with same issues were seen . Then to my surprise 10 minutes later the receptionist came back after talking to Hispanic looking man to tell me by the way you will need to reschedule we have to verify your insurance before we can see you . In the main time they have my health information and a copy of my drivers license .

I don't even have the WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE RENO NORTH GENTLE DENTAL. Patti, Raul, and EVERY staff member treated me with so much care and tenderness. Most especially when it came to my teeth which are now popping and shinning more than ever! Much care Reno North!

I experience a reasonable amount of anxiety with the dentist. Dr. Lin managed that anxiety like a pro! Overall a very pleasant experience for what it was.

Dr. Lin is the best! He’s so nice and made me feel so comfortable. If you don’t like going to the dentist, definitely give Gentle Dental a try. I swear you will change your mind! Im so glad I found them, and I will definitely be going back.

Excellent care. Fast and Friendly. I heard good things about them, and they were pleasant to work with. The only sad thing is that dental service rates in Nevada are so high that many (even with insurance) can't afford them.
