Horrible experience at Gentle Dental today. Scheduled for an extraction and after sitting in the chair for 30-45 min the assistant tells me they can not verify my insurance information and that I would need to reschedule. The assistant than tells me I was only scheduled for an exam and they did not have enough time for my extraction. It took me 5 min on the phone to verify my insurance and reschedule with another office.
Avoid this office.

I would definitely recommend Gentle dental on Mae Anne Avenue! Got in right away they gave me a referral to get my wisdom teeth taken out there was a wait for the first one so they sent to another office and they got me in that day and got them pulled!

I tried to make a new patient appointment and the rep I talked to said I was all set for xrays and a cleaning then someone else called to verify the appointment and indicated I couldn't get a cleaning. what terrible customer service. I cancelled and will go elsewhere!
