Jane was fast and gentle! The best combo when getting a teeth cleaning.the doctor and front desk were also so nice and friendly. I felt really well taken care of.

So like most people I hate going to the dentist. Plus I had been in severe pain for several weeks due to my last dentist at Absolute Dental. Not only did Gentle Dental get me an appointment right away. Right off the bat Kevin Lynn was super informative about the problems I had going on, and what was needed to fix it. After an emergency root canal, I had some swelling. But all pain was gone, he even called me the next day to check up on me. After my experience with them, he is the only dentist that I will go back to.

My first experience at Gentle Dental was an awesome one. Staff were welcoming, friendly and engaging. The dentist and hygienist were knowledgeable and showed a sense of passion in their work along with recommendations for long term dental healthcare. I look forward to my next follow up with them.

I have had two great experiences at Gentle Dental so far and plan to continue going there from now on. The dentist, dental hygenist and every member of the staff are friendly and thorough. The cleaning was the best I've ever had, as was my filling.

I had my first appointment at Gentle Dental today. Not only did I come in extremely nervous but it was my first time back to the dentist in 7 years. From the moment I stepped through the door I was greeted by name by the sweet woman at the front desk named Nicole. She is very friendly and super welcoming. Her positive attitude and demeanor instantly made me less nervous. After filling out my new patient paperwork I was brought back quite quickly. I was greeted and brought back by Esmeralda who did my X-rays. Now I’m not gonna say it was completely painless because obviously I’d be lying. But what I will say is Esmeralda did a great job with making me feel comfortable and relaxed all the while working quickly to ease any discomfort. Afterwards Dr. Dilan joined us to discuss my X-rays. You can tell he is a man who genuinely enjoys his job and thrives off helping his patients. He helped ease my worries about my fear of needles and offered a couple of great suggestions to lower my anxiety. Next I was greeted and given my financial options by a gentleman named Raul. Raul was very friendly and efficient in explaining the breakdown of my benefits and options. He was very patient with me and gave my privacy while I called and discussed those options with my husband. I ended up getting a deep cleaning and 2 fillings on the left side of my mouth. For the deep cleaning I had the privilege to be helped by Jane. She is a very sweet woman who’s hands must have been touched by God because she made my deep cleaning virtually painless! The local anesthesia that I had been worried about I couldn’t have been any less painful. She is AMAZING!!! Dr. Dilan and Esmeralda did my 2 fillings and they were both very quick and efficient. They also managed to make me laugh a couple times and you can imagine how hard that is when you can’t feel your face. Lol All in all I will never go anywhere else for anything else !! The team they have here is hands down the best I have ever encountered!! Thank you Gentle Dental for treating me like family!!!

I know I have a quirky gag reflex but this dentist and hygienist barely cleaned my teeth during the ‘cleaning’. They called in a rx for me that never got filled due to the pharmacy having questions for them that they never called back to answer. Reno has terrible dentists!

I think I’m going to take them to the dental board. Not because of my gag causing us not to get x rays but because I had an incomplete cleaning today despite my gag being manageable. It’s bad getting x rays but not with cleaning. The hygienist was lazy and rushed and didn’t want to take her time with my gag. Also due to negligence on their part not following up for prescriptions. They are welcome to call me to discuss before I make the board complaint. I would be fine with a complimentary cleaning that is thorough. I’m scaling tartar off my teeth tonight myself that the hygienist failed to remove. .

Close to home, very friendly and compassionate staff, and super gentle! Living up to the name.

I love this place!!! I was the poster child for dental phobia, even talking about seeing a dentist made me sick with fear. I can honestly say that “I no longer FEAR” going to the dentist.
Dr. Dilan Munaweera and his staff at Gentle Dental are without question the best people I've ever dealt with for my dental needs. The staff are friendly, easy to deal with and extremely helpful under all circumstances. I have never had such extremes of service, caring, and absolute dedication to ensuring the patient (me) is completely satisfied. For years I was very self-conscious about smiling but now I love being able to smile and laugh without covering my mouth.
My highest praise goes to Dr. Dilan Munaweera and his staff.

Amazing dentist!!! Ive been following him around town as he has grown with gental dental. He is straight forward and very honest when it comes to your treatments, always go for DR DYLAN!!!!

Had awful pain in a back tooth. And it was first time to a dentist in a long time. I was at ease immediately due to their friendliness and upbeat attitudes. Would highly recommend a visit to the folks at Gentle Dental !!
