Awesome experience! I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist after going to different ones for braces, wisdom teeth, I’ve had it all. The staff was all super friendly and took care of me, made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I definitely feel less nervous coming back for my fillings

a scheduling mishap was some cause for alarm, as another patient somehow rescheduled my own appointment. however, the clerk and the hygienist were able to get me in on my scheduled day.
despite having to move quickly, merilyn was efficient and cognizant of needs i might have had. the dental assistant, jessica, was kind. and the dentist, meegan, was very focused despite having other people speaking to her throughout my exam.
everyone here is kind and professional and i will go again, i just am baffled at this odd and egregious mistake that was made, and i really hope the clerks triple check the patients they're under when they record changes like that. that said, they took an extra step to get me in--despite the mistake-- which was a major relief.

After moving to Reno I have been searching for a reasonably priced but great dentist who can make you feel comfortable. Village dental exceeded my expectations. The office is brand new and absolutely beautiful, the staff is very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this dentist office!

I'm glad to see that most people had a good experience here, but unfortunately I did not. I brought my son in with a chipped tooth. They x-rayed one tooth, charged $130 and though my son was presumably seen by a dentist, I never saw or spoke to a dentist. They tried to sell us on extensive and uncomfortable procedures totaling $2700. Luckily, we were able to get a complete and thorough exam at a different practice to find most of that recommended treatment was not necessary. I'm really glad I didn't put my child (and my bank account) through that and thought if I wrote this down, maybe someone else might avoid it, too.

After our old dentist went bankrupt, the office was excellent in getting us in to be seen by Megan. The receptionists was kind and awesome. The dental hygienist was friendly, informative and thorough. And Megan was very friendly and informative about the condition of my teeth. She had several easy suggestions to optimize my dental health . The office was very professional.

I am from out of state, and had an emergency (crown loose). Toni fit me in with an appointment in 2 days, and I was properly repaired. Awesome office, great staff, very short wait, efficient dentist. Perfect!

Who loves going to the dentist? Anyone? Yep, me neither. I was overdue for a cleaning and was a little apprehensive, to say the least. They made room for me the same day and the entire experience was very calming, personal and professional. Did I mention pain free? It was and that might be the most important thing when your having your mouth worked on... This was the best experience I've ever had sitting in a dentist's chair. Stop looking around and putting it off. Just get it done.
