Great place for your looking for a dentist. All worker are very nice and a very nice environment.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo for years and always receive excellent care. The professional, courteous staff keeps us smiling and feeling confident of the care we receive. The office recently moved across the street to a state of the art facility. Last summer I had my wisdom teeth removed and didn't suffer from an ounce of pain. We highly recommend Family Dentistry and their entire staff. My wife and I now live in NYC and still travel to Lyndhurst for our dental needs.

Very friendly people works there. Great specialists. I like how do they handle kids. Great job!

Not happy with the dental services received from this dental office .
The office staff is not friendly either especially the billing Melissa . They made me pay in advance without receiving the insurance payment and explanation of benefits from my dental insurance.
When l asked this is the copayment so the insurance will pay the rest she replied “ no that’s not how it works l am still responsible for the payment “ .....

My wife has a crown done and unfortunately it is a gap between the gum and the end of the crown .....!!! Not done correctly
She had the extraction and stitches put in and no pain killers or antibiotics prescribed she suffered for more than a week the whole upper gum area got inflamed and a LOT of pain .....

After l called to report the condition they sent some ipubrophen and mouthwash.....

I need to look for a more professional Dental office and staff/treatment.....!!!!

I am extremely grateful to Family Dentistry for seeing my 4yr old daughter same day. She woke up complaining of her mouth hurting. Upon inspection I found she had injured her gums near her upper front teeth and had a small tear in them! Family Dentistry was able to see her the same day and they were so gentle with her. And they were patient to answer all my questions and concerns during the whole treatment. My daughter is good as new. When I asked about payment, they said my insurance should cover it but if there is any balance they will let me know. Great experience. Thank you Family Dentistry!

Another great cleaning.

The day I chipped a tooth at work was pretty stressful for me. Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo squeezed me in the very next day to fix it. Its been over 3 years now and the bonding on my teeth is intact. I highly recommend Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo and her staff!

Family Dentistry is without a doubt one of the most friendly, professional and service-oriented practices I have been to. As a regular patient, I have come to know the staff by name here and each time they are both personable and professional.

The experience begins with the welcoming office staff. Both Melissa and Viky are quick to greet me and other patients upon arrival, aiding in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They have also gone above and beyond to accommodate my very hectic schedule on multiple occasions.

I have had dental cleanings done by Donna and Irina. Donna is always very gentle, but efficient with her cleanings, thus making it a pleasurable and painless experience. Irina is also very efficient and informative. There have been a number of times where she has helped answer questions for me regarding preventative care.

Dr. Farinas and Dr. Rincon are very thorough and efficient. They each take their time to answer all of my questions and explain what is going on as well as possible solutions or actions that need to be taken. I appreciate that these doctors are not quick to rush into a procedure--they recently made the decision to wait on what seemed like a possible root canal and ended up saving my tooth! Both of these women give top notch, quality care.

Overall, Family Dentistry is great. I am quick to recommend this office whenever I hear someone is in the market for quality dental care.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Hygienist Donna for a cleaning. I'm usually very nervous to go to the dentist like many others but Donna made me feel so comfortable; I almost fell asleep while getting my teeth cleaned! She was so genuine & comforting along with the rest of the staff that I couldn't wait to book my next cleaning. Second time around I was booked with another Hygienist Irina; the experience was just a good as my first! You will be in great hands whichever way you go here.

I did not had great experience here. I visited for my toothache and based on the x-rays i was asked to go ahead with wisdom tooth extraction. Dr was not able to explain me the problem well. Regarding finances, when asked about insurance coverage, they said that most of their specialists are out of network for Metlife but this was not communicated initially over phone. The clinic charged me $150 co-payment for polypectomy on the spot. Insurance approved 70$ for this process and Insurance paid the amount. I will have to get the returns processed now.
Updates on this- The doctor had a chat with me after couple of days explaining me the charges and I was charged for the cost payment of root canal to avoid extra multiple bills to Insurance. This allows a patient to cover more procedures as part of insurance for the remainder of the year. I was refunded most of the amount and charged minimal for the polypectomy ($16 to be specific).
