The last several appointments I dealt with Dr Mendez who was very caring, attentive, and did everything he could to ensure I was comfortable. Everyone in reception is great, there is no wait, great appointment availability/ flexibility and they are very responsible when it comes to masking to protect everyone. Highly recommend.

I went to visit Family Dentistry after my insurance changed and my Dentist of 9 years was no longer covered. Everyone was pleasant in the office. After my teeth were cleaned and x-rays taken, the dentist informed me I had two cavities and 6 teeth that need to be "watched". I had no pain in my mouth, the last time I had a cavity was 30 years ago and I have had multiple dentists since then. The dentist did not show me on the x-ray where the cavities were he just said they were "in the back". When I checked out, the clerk was shocked that I "only had 2 cavities". I decided to go back to my old dentist for a second opinion and he couldn't find even one tooth that needed to be watched. I have requested copies of my x-rays from Family Dentistry multiple times and have yet to receive them. The idea that this practice would be willing to "fill a cavity" on a healthy tooth for a few extra bucks is very concerning.
