So beyond disappointed in my decision to come here.
Stopped in a few weeks ago, after visiting a clinic elsewhere to do x-rays and a cleaning because I don't have insurance. Decided to come here for 4 fillings I knew I needed done. The receptionist told me pricing on all four teeth, I wrote down the pricing and made the appointment because I was able to afford it (somewhere around $500+ for 4 teeth). Note: I went to the office JUST for pricing before making the appointment there.
Today I go in, the price for what I was told for all 4 teeth was apparently out the window. From the receptionist, to the billing woman and the workers, while I'm sitting in the chair I hear them continuously having conversations about me outloud and on the phone; "did we come up with a treatment plan" "she got her X-rays done at school." Then they ask if I know the price, which I said yes the receptionist told me pricing, and the woman says it's going to be $590 for TWO fillings, when I was told that was the price for all FOUR.
As a person without health insurance and having to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't make the appointment here at that price point, and was made to feel stupid by the billing woman and receptionist. Do not go here without insurance unless you want an awful experience with rude employees and to be told incorrect pricing just to go and waste your time for an appointment.
