The place was lovely, and the people seem like they know what they're doing. Still, I missed ONE appointment (I emailed them and told them I couldn't afford the upfront costs), and they CHARGED ME $300 for missing ONE APPOINTMENT! I already couldn't afford it!
I know what their policies are on missing appointments, but this is RIDICULOUS!
These ridiculous charges are how they take advantage of people who already can't afford their service. They lost my business.
