Terrible, Careless Service
Went to the Alamogordo Dental Group in early September as I had lost some crowns during the lockdown. I needed them reinstalled or replaced. Diagnosis was to reinsert one of the crowns and then do extractions to move the others to an existing partial denture.
The crown didn't make it to the corner when I left the office. I sneezed and it was sitting on my tongue. Since I needed to come back for the extractions and the other work, I just saved the tooth.
I came back about a month later and had the rest of the work done. After they received the completed denture with the added teeth I came in for the final fitting. The upper front tooth clearly did not fit correctly but I was dealing with hospice, the passing of my Mother, and funeral arrangements and couldn't deal with it then.
Alamogordo Dental Group provided terrible, shoddy work.
A few days after the appointment the crown came back out again while eating and was lost. Then about a week after that one of the lower denture teeth just snapped off while eating. Pictures show the mis-fit upper (their work indicated by the arrow) and the broken denture tooth.
Under normal circumstances I would go back and have the work corrected but it is clear that I cannot trust them as they have no pride of craftsmanship. After they completed their expensive work, I still have two missing teeth and one that doesn't fit right.
i will have to work through my insurance carrier to have this mess corrected elsewhere as I won't be allowing that doctor anywhere near my mouth again.
I leave 1 star as they managed to do the extractions without killing me.

Amazing experience! To say that I am terrified of the dentist is an understatement. But, they made me feel comfortable and as relaxed about the process as I could be lol I went to them for an emergency treatment daring this crazy covid time. So friendly, so professional! They explained everything to me so that I could understand each step they took. Love them!!

I had the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist appointment. Sounds funny but normally I don’t have great experiences with going to the dentist. Anyway I had two appointments to have a deep cleaning and in the past this is what I would call my favorite thing to do!!!! But my dental hygienist was very sweet and made my experience very nice... Haley if I spelled her name correctly was a very good and very general, she took her time to throughly make sure I was comfortable and at ease . A true and lovely 😊 dedicated professional but went above and beyond any expectations to make sure that I wasn’t in any way uncomfortable. I will recommend her to anyone but she is my go to dental hygienist and now I look forward to my next appointment with her!!! Great job Haley!!!!!

I was truly grateful that given my unique medical history they immediately accommodated my condition and proceeded to provide the utmost in dental care and expertise.
