I LOVED this office. We just moved here so I’m not familiar with very much here. I had read so many reviews about other dental offices here in town. So many had poor reviews and complaints about long wait times, offices and equipment not looking clean and kept, rude staff, etc. And the reviews I read for Alamogordo Dental Group were very pleasant. So I took a chance! I did not wait long at all, my appointment was at 0830, I was in my car by about 0910. The facility looked nice and kept, nothing questionable. And the instruments that were to be used for my appointment were opened out of their sealed package, in front of me. Staff was very nice, answered all of my questions, didn’t rush me for anything and I felt comfortable. I’m glad I came here! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very nice staff. The techs took their time with me. I did not feel rushed. Clean environment. Fast visit with hygienists and Dr Not though. Not sure if thats a good or bad thing. Hygenist was very nice. Dr was very pleasant, but was passive so I had to be proactive about my questions. Overall a good experience. I am happy with this new dental office.

I have had 2 crowns replaced in the last month. Dr. Bergman and his wonderful assistant were WONDERFUL! I can’t even tell that I had some pretty major work done on my mouth. It’s like the crowns are my own teeth. They treated me like I was family!

I had a very pleasant experience today with this dental group. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was super nice, pleasant, and welcoming. They even had me bring my very young son and were all very patient showing him all about visiting the dentist. We have definitely found our home dentist here, and will be patients with this clinic as long as we live in Alamogordo.
