They were even super kind when I showed up 10 minutes late by mistake 😅 Absolutely recommend and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

My first time going to a dentist and I was worried and very anxious. Both the doctor and the practitioner were both very helpful at keeping me calm while telling me exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I didn't really have to wait around to be seen by anyone. The whole experience was a lot better than I could have imagined.

It’s a dental clinic. Hygienist was super rough with the cleaning and took multiple redo X-rays because she couldn’t get it right the first time. 4 or 5 more x rays than needed. Was expecting to become super human due to the amount of radiation I was exposed to. The dentist was good. Wait time was okay. arrived 15 minutes early then took 15 minutes after appointment time to get seen. The transition from hygienist to dentist took about 20 minutes of waiting so about an hour and some change for a 30 to 40 minute appointment. Overall average experience.

Facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was great. They got me in quickly for an appointment and the wait time in the office was short. I had a tooth extracted. The whole process took less than an hour. The price was fair and much lower than others quoted me. Thanks to the team at Alamogordo Dental Group!

Took my 4 year old for her first ever dentist visit and they were wonderful. They let me go first and my daughter watched, timed out letting her sit in the chair for a while, played with the water tools with her to show her all the functions, and were very gentle and caring.
We walked out into the lobby at the end and my daughter said “That was super fun” so I think they did something right!

Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning weeks ago. Gave all my contact information. The receptionist entered someone else’s number on my account so I was not able to respond to their texts asking me to confirm my appointment so they canceled me. I didn’t know this until I showed up on time for my appointment today. If they had put the correct number down for me I would have gotten all their messages. The phone number they entered for my account was a number I have never used or know. They refused to help me get rescheduled or to see if they could fit me in. They didn’t care they messed up or wanted to fix their mistake. Plus nowhere on their website does it say they will cancel your appointment if they can’t confirm it with you nor did they mention this when I first scheduled the appointment. If they had I would have reached out since I had no communication from them.
