First time there as a patient but my three kids have gone there before, and my wife was satisfied with their service, so that's why I decided to go there too. Took longer than I expected, but maybe it was because of the restrictions of the pandemic. Staff and doctor were very pleasant and informative, so I don't have any negative experiences to post about.

Dr. Kim is such a gentle, wonderful, informative dentist and Erika in the front is phenomenal with handling insurance and answering questions she makes everything so much easier! The whole staff is a win win 🏆

The front desk girl was not very friendly. The one with the long brown hair with streaks of blonde in it. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but was not happy with her rudness.

I give 4 stars only because of the Doctor. The receptionist was very polite, but the other staff left me displeased. The first girl that did my x-rays kept hurting me with the x ray plates that were too big for my mouth. When I told her it hurts, her response was "bite down." She continued as if I said nothing for the rest of the painful x rays. The next girl came in to clean my teeth, I have never had such a poor cleaning. I think my dog could have done a better job. The doctor was great! It is never fun to have your mouth poked with needles, he made sure I was really numb before giving me the numbing injections, as he did it he talked to me and eased my worries. The doctor was also very patient with his staff as they were learning new things. Not a horrible experience overall, but the staff could be a little more compassionate, and learn to clean teeth.
