I really enjoyed my visit. Everyone from the receptionists to the dentist herself were absolutely lovely. Dentist visits are usually a very stressful thing, but everyone working there took all the stress right out of it.

Searched for an in-network dentist covered by my Humana Medicare Advantage Plan. Called yesterday to get information and was treated very courteously. All my questions were answered, and the best surprise was that I was scheduled for an exam, xrays and cleaning the very next day - today!
At my appointment today, I was treated courteously and with respect. Associates and Dr. Sarah Kim were very thorough and did an excellent and gentle job.
What impressed me was that they made no effort to "upsell me" on additional expensive services! I've had that so often with other dental practices.
And, the very best part: I did not have to pay a cent! My insurance covered it all! After spending thousands of dollars at other dentists, even with dental insurance coverage, I was thrilled!
Highly recommend Family Smiles on Coors. I received excellent and courteous care.

Great place to go. Usually don't like going to the dentist but if my dentists of the past looked like Dr. Sara, I wouldn't have had a problem going. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. Recommend them highly.

I had a lot of anxiety about the dentists and I told them up front and the entire staff has been so comforting and caring that I can imagine going anywhere else! They treated me with dignity and educated me along the way, and I was even comfortable enough to get a Wisdom Teeth extraction while awake. Completely professional, excellent care! I would definitely recommend them for kids who may also be fearful

The staff always works to get you in to be seen even on a short notice!! And I think Dr Lo is one of the best dentist's I have ever had. He is kind, gentle, caring. A natural teacher and very skillful. Even my teenage son was impressed with him enough to allow a visit. He is a TOP Dentist in the Albuquerque area!!!

Had teeth removed and wasn't as bad as I thought thanks to the the skill of the staff. Made it as pleasant as pulling teeth can be. Highly recommend for anything from cleaning to surgery.
